  • Publication number: 20240147376
Abstract: Apparatus and methods are provided for thermal throttling for UE configured with multi-panel transceiving on FR2. In one novel aspect, the UE prioritizes throttling actions based on signal qualities of each transceiving panel. In one embodiment, the switching to the target panel from the active panel is selected as the highest priority throttling action when the signal quality of the target panel is similar to the active panel. In another embodiment, the UE further determines if the quality of the target panel is sufficient to support mmW transceiving before switching to the target panel. In one embodiment, the UE reduces one or more antennae of an active panel when the signal quality difference between the active panel and the target panel is bigger than a predefined gap threshold.

  • Publication number: 20240087896
Abstract: Methods of forming line-end extensions and devices having line-end extensions are provided. In some embodiments, a method includes forming a patterned photoresist on a first region of a hard mask layer. A line-end extension region is formed in the hard mask layer. The line-end extension region extends laterally outward from an end of the first region of the hard mask layer. The line-end extension region may be formed by changing a physical property of the hard mask layer at the line-end extension region.

  • Publication number: 20230389635
Abstract: The present invention relates to a kind of clothing, and more particularly to a kind of anti-allergic clothing. The anti-allergic clothing includes a body and two sleeves. The two sleeves are connected to the body. Each of the two sleeves includes a glove. The anti-allergic clothing of the present invention adopts sleeves with gloves. The gloves can at least cover the palms of the patient. In this way, the sleeves can reduce the patient's scratching force on the arms and palms, thereby relieving the discomfort caused by repeatedly scratching the affected part. In addition, because the gloves can also increase the sun protection area, the discomfort of skin allergy can be further relieved.

  • Patent number: 11036076
Abstract: A display device which is not harmful to the human eye in respect of blue light includes a display panel, a backlight module, and a light adjusting component. The backlight module includes white light emitting diodes (LEDs) for emitting light. Each white LED includes a blue light chip and a yellow fluorescent material encapsulated on the blue light chip. Thereby, transmittance of the light adjusting component for blue light having a wavelength less than 450 nm is less than 10% and transmittance of light adjusting component for blue light having a wavelength over 470 nm is not less than 90%. The light adjusting component reduces the emission from the display device of yellow light having a wavelength of about 575 nm to 595 nm.

  • Patent number: 9908844
Abstract: Epoxy/MMT composite material and a crosslinking method for epoxy/MMT composite material with second order nonlinear optical properties are introduced. Chromophore-containing intercalating agents are applied to modify montmorillonites (MMTs) to form organoclays by an ion-exchange process, wherein the chrmophores are neatly packed on exfoliated epoxy/organoclay nanocomposites. As a result, optical nonlinearity, i.e. the Pockels effect is observed for the nanocomposites without resorting to the poling process due to self-assembly process. Furthermore, a series of epoxy/MMT nanocomposites comprising thermally reversible furan-norbornene Diels-Alder adducts are prepared to establish a crosslinking feature. Self-alignment behavior, electro-optical (EO) coefficient and temporal stability of the epoxy/MMT nanocomposites are improved by the Diels-Alders crosslinking.

  • Publication number: 20160349432
Abstract: A backlight module includes a light guide plate, a light source, and a phosphor film. The light source is secured to the light guide and includes an emitting element and a phosphor element covering the emitting element. The phosphor film includes a plurality of colored phosphor particles. The emitting element emits light with a first primary color. A lighting path is defined by the phosphor element, the light guide plate, and the colored phosphor particles, and the resulting mixed-color light is converted to a white light to illuminate a display panel. A display device with the backlight module is also provided.

  • Publication number: 20150369989
Abstract: The disclosure provides a backlight module and a display device with a backlight module. The backlight module includes an emitting element, phosphors, and a quantum dot film. The emitting element is configured to provide lights with a first primary color. The phosphors have a second primary color. The quantum dot film includes numbers of quantum dots configured to provide emission spectrum with a third primary color. The light from the emitting element excites the phosphors and the quantum dot film to generate white mixed light. The first primary color is blue, and the maximum peak intensity the light from the emitting element is in the range from 460 nm to 475 nm.
