  • Patent number: 9520417
Abstract: A method of manufacturing an alignment film is provided, and has steps of determining printing regions for an alignment agent, which including display portions and transfer portions; printing the alignment agent within the printing regions to form an alignment thin layer; and performing an alignment process to the alignment thin layer to form the alignment film. The unevenness on the edge of the alignment film is moved away from the display portions by expanding the printing regions for the alignment agent, so as to promote the imaging quality of the finished LCD.

  • Publication number: 20160282675
Abstract: An array substrate and a liquid crystal display panel are proposed. The array substrate includes a data line, a scan line, a pixel electrode, a thin film transistor, a common line and an alignment film. The common line is a grid-shaped wire. By using the common line with a grid-shaped pattern, the present invention effectively prevents the alignment film from being accumulated on the periphery of the array substrate.

  • Publication number: 20120145928
Abstract: The present invention provides an ultraviolet curing device for a liquid crystal panel. The ultraviolet curing device has a sample platform and at least one ultraviolet-curing light source. The sample platform is used for placing a liquid crystal panel thereon. The ultraviolet-curing light source is mounted above the sample platform. The ultraviolet-curing light source has a radiation area smaller than an arrangement area of a sealant of the liquid crystal panel that is waiting to be cured by radiation of ultraviolet lights. The ultraviolet-curing light source moves above the sample platform and a surface of the liquid crystal panel and radiates at least one sealant of the liquid crystal panel under cured. The present invention further provides a corresponding ultraviolet curing method for a liquid crystal panel.

  • Publication number: 20120105794
Abstract: The present invention relates to a liquid crystal ejector, an ejection device, and a liquid crystal ejection method. The liquid crystal ejector includes a liquid crystal container, a nozzle, and a driver. A liquid crystal contained in the liquid crystal container is ejected through the nozzle. The driver controls an amount of the liquid crystal ejected from the liquid crystal container. The driver includes an electrical resonator, which pressurizes the liquid crystal contained in the liquid crystal container according an input of electrical signal in order to realize control of the ejection amount of liquid crystal. The present invention also provides an ejection device and a liquid crystal ejection method. An advantage of the present invention is using a liquid crystal ejector that uses an electrical resonator to control the size of ejected droplets so as to eliminate the occurrence of voids in the process of spreading and avoid marking occurring in the surface of a film due to impact-induced damage.

  • Publication number: 20120107486
Abstract: The present invention provides a sealant coating device having a sealant receiving chamber and a nozzle formed on a lower portion of the sealant receiving chamber. The sealant coating device further has a heating device, and the heating device is installed around the sealant receiving chamber for heating a sealant material filled in the sealant receiving chamber. The present invention further provides a dispensing method of the sealant coating device, which has the following steps of: obtaining time during the sealant material stays in the sealant receiving chamber; calculating a target temperature of the sealant material according to the obtained time and a desired sealant viscosity value; heating the sealant material to the target temperature. The advantages of the present invention are to use the heating device to lower the sealant viscosity based on the characteristic of the sealant viscosity varied with the temperature.
