    Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described for enabling a network equipment to reduce interference for downlink (DL) transmissions to a first device by determining a transmit precoding matrix indicator (TPMI) for uplink (UL) transmissions transmitted by a second device based on feedback from the first device. The first device may determine a subset of possible TPMIs that the second device may use for UL transmissions for full-duplex communications. The first device may indicate the subset to the network equipment. Based on the subset indicated by the first device, the network equipment may determine a pairing of the first device and the second device for full-duplex communications. Additionally, the network equipment may determine a TPMI for the second device to use in UL transmissions and indicate the TPMI to the second device.

    Abstract: Introduced are a method, a software apparatus, an electronic device, and a storage medium for simulating inerter using finite element analysis. The method involves: acquiring structural parameters of an inerter; simulating the mechanical properties of racks on rigid rods and flywheels within the inerter using the structural parameters and a finite element platform; formulating constraint equations and transformation formula to simulate translational-rotational conversion and inertia amplification mechanism of the inerter; integrating the force and constraint information to achieve the finite element simulation of the inerter. The finite element simulation method for the inerter addresses the challenge of lacking “inerter units” and the inability to simulate inertia components in general finite element software platforms. It also overcomes the technical bottleneck of real-time dynamic coupling simulation between inerter and complex engineering structures.

A shutdown device in the rapid shutdown system determines its state by determining whether the electrical signal at its output end meets the preset condition, and switches itself on or off in response to its determination.

    Abstract: A gene related to biosynthesis of ergothioneine is provided. Based on five synthesis genes of ergothioneine in Mycobacteroides abscessus, only an encoding sequence of each of the five genes is retained, and a gene structure of an encoding region in each gene is optimized to obtain genes related to the biosynthesis of the ergothioneine that are stably expressed in rice. These genes have sequences set forth in SEQ ID NO: 1 to SEQ ID NO: 5, and encoded proteins thereof have amino acid sequences set forth in SEQ ID NO: 6 to SEQ ID NO: 10. The gene is transferred into rice to construct a transgenic rice molecular farm to produce the ergothioneine. As a molecular farm, rice seeds do not contain alkaloids or allergens that are harmful to the human body. Moreover, biosynthesized ergothioneine shows the advantages of easy extraction and processing and of low production cost.
