    Abstract: The present disclosure provides a collaborative robot arm and a joint module. The joint module includes a housing, a driving assembly, and a multi-turn absolute encoder. The joint module detects the angular position of the output shaft and records a number of rotating revolutions of the output shaft only by means of the multi-turn absolute encoder. The multi-turn absolute encoder includes a base, a bearing, a rotating shaft, an encoding disk, and a circuit board, the encoding disk is rotatably connected with the base by the rotating shaft and the bearing, the circuit board is fixedly connected with the base, and the reading head on the circuit board detects the angular position of the output shaft cooperatively with the encoding disk, making the multi-turn absolute encoder be an integrated structure.     Abstract: In one configuration, multiple TRPs, or base stations such a next generation node B (gNB) base stations send different transport blocks (TBs) to a user equipment (UE) at the same time or at different times. In another configuration, multiple base stations may send the same data at the same time to a UE. When the same data is being sent by multiple base stations to a UE, the UE must be notified by some mechanism. Disclosed herein are multiple mechanism for notifying the UE that multiple base stations will be transmitting toe same data at the same time. When there is a backhaul between a TRP and another, each TRP can choose to send the same data stream to increase the reliability of the transmission when, for example, the UE receives at a low signal-to-noise ratio (SNR).

The partition plate divides the opening into a plurality of cooling chambers, and each cooling chamber is equipped with a cooling liquid inlet, a cooling liquid outlet, a pump and an electric control device. The cooling liquid inlet and the cooling liquid outlet are formed in the upper cover plate, the pump is fluid-connected to the cooling liquid outlet, and the electric control device drives the pump to rotate, so that the cooling liquid flows through the cooling chamber to cool one heat source below the heat dissipation plate. In addition, a liquid cooling device with the liquid cooling head is also disclosed therein.

    Abstract: A three-level grid multi-scale finite element method for simulating groundwater flow in heterogeneous aquifers is proposed in present disclosure. The three-level grid refers to dividing the study region into coarse grid elements, then dividing each coarse grid element into medium grid elements, and finally dividing each medium grid element into fine grid elements, thereby improving the coarse-scale basis function construction method of the multi-scale finite element method. The new method of constructing a coarse-scale basis function by using the multi-scale finite element method itself instead of the finite element method is provided, constructing medium-scale basis functions on local medium grid elements, and using the medium-scale basis functions to construct a coarse-scale basis function in each coarse element, which can significantly improve the construction efficiency of the coarse-scale basis function.

    Abstract: A copper-based alloy sputtering target includes copper and a metal element selected from manganese, chromium, cobalt, aluminum, tin, titanium, and combinations thereof. Based on a total weight of the copper-based alloy sputtering target, copper is present in an amount of not less than 98 wt %, and the metal element is present in an amount ranging from 0.3 wt % to 2.0 wt %. The copper-based alloy sputtering target has an average value of Kernel Average Misorientation of not greater than 2° as determined by Electron Backscatter Diffraction, and an average value of Vickers hardness on a sputtering surface that ranges from 90 Hv to 120 Hv. A method for making the copper-based alloy sputtering target is also disclosed.
