  • Patent number: 7332704
Abstract: A photosensitive button structure includes a button body and a photosensitive layer. The photosensitive layer is disposed on a bottom side of the button body, and has a plurality of words and pictures formed thereon. Whereby, the photosensitive layer produces a first color change by absorbing light from one angle, and then produces a second color change or more than two color changes by absorbing light from another angle, in order to produce a dual mode visual effect. The present invention solves problems and the defects of the traditional button having only one fixed color, and that the color of the traditional button can only be changed once, because the photosensitive layer can absorb light from different angles. Hence, the present invention not only improves the appearance of the button body, but can also show more than two color changes of any words or pictures on the button structure.

  • Patent number: 7326870
Abstract: A key module and its manufacturing method are provided in the present invention. The steps of the method include: providing a mold; forming a key body having multiple opening portions on the mold; jostling a combination of a display body and an elastic body to the key body; and finally, tightly attaching the display body to the key body and stuffing the display body into the opening portions of the key body. Therein, the elastic body has a lower end formed with a contact block contacting a circuit board. By compressing, injecting or infusing a silicone rubber material or an elastic material into the opening portions, the gap located between the key body and the display body or between the key body and the elastic body is smaller than 0.01 mm. Thus, the appearance of the key module of the present invention is almost seamless.

  • Publication number: 20060169105
Abstract: A button structure with three-dimensional stripes includes a button body, a plurality of stripes or pictures, and a mirror layer. The stripes or the pictures are formed on a bottom side of the button body, and the mirror layer is formed on the stripes for producing a mirrored visual effect. Whereby, the sharp contrast is produced between the mirror layer and the stripes, so that the button body produces a three-dimensional raised visual effect. Hence, the present invention solves the conventional button structure's problems of being time-consuming to form the words on the bottom surface of the button body using a mold, of the color layer not being easily sprayed onto the words, and of it being difficult for a user to change the words to have a different raised visual effect.
