    Abstract: A field wheat stem tillering number extraction method, including: acquiring field wheat point clouds by means of a LiDAR, and extracting any row of wheat point clouds in a research area; projecting a Y axis to a plane, and retaining an X and Z axis; applying adaptive layering to obtain number of clusters of the wheat row; applying hierarchical clustering analysis to obtain tillering number of each wheat cluster; and further obtaining stem tillering number of the whole wheat row, so as to extract a field wheat stem tillering number. The feasibility of an algorithm is verified by comparing the wheat stem tillering number extracted by means of the method with an actually measured field stem tillering number, and the method realizes rapid, accurate and nondestructive extraction of a large-field crop stem tillering number and provides theoretical basis and technical support for extraction of the field wheat stem tillering number.

Even with fewer antenna elements than a traditional radar system, the paired arrays enable an example radar system to have a comparable angular resolution at a lower cost. For example, the 1D array includes antenna elements positioned in a first direction (e.g., azimuth direction) and spaced by a first distance and a second distance. The 2D array includes at least four other antenna elements positioned in the first direction and a second direction (e.g., elevation direction). The other antenna elements are spaced by a third distance in the second direction and by the sum of the first direction and the second direction in the first direction. A processor can associate, using shared angle estimates, angles in the first direction and the second direction for respective objects.

    Abstract: Provided are a directionally assembled flexible MOF hydrogel, a preparation method and a proton conduction application thereof. The prepared method includes: mixing a transition metal salt and L-Glu to prepare a mixed aqueous solution; putting the mixed aqueous solution into a reaction kettle to react at a constant reaction temperature in a range from 80° C. to 200° C. for a reaction period of 1-5 hours, to thereby obtain a reacted aqueous solution; cooling the reacted aqueous solution to room temperature; and washing the reacted aqueous solution after the cooling with deionized water and absolute ethanol, to thereby obtain the directionally assembled flexible MOF hydrogel, L-Glu-M (M—Zr, Fe, or Co), for sealing and storing. The preparation method is simpler and easier to operate, and the directionally assembled flexible MOF hydrogel has great prospects in the field of proton conducting technologies.

    Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. A transmitted may use a closed loop precoder for line-of-sight (LOS) multiple-input multiple-output (MIMO) communications that uses information such as distance feedback or LOS MIMO channel state feedback. A closed loop precoder may be associated with less overhead than a precoder based on full channel knowledge, such as an SVD precoder. A receiver may estimate a channel based on channel state information reference signals transmitted by the transmitter and calculate a spectral efficiency for one or more precoders of a set of precoders associated with the channel for a LOS MIMO mode. The receiver may send feedback to the transmitter that indicates a selected precoder of the set of LOS MIMO precoders based on the calculated spectral efficiencies. The transmitter may precode messages using the reported closed loop precoder.

    Abstract: A fibroblast growth factor 21 (FGF21) mutant protein and use thereof are provided. The FGF21 mutant protein is obtained through the following alteration based on an amino acid sequence of wild-type human FGF21: deleting a proline residue at position 171, or forming a disulfide bond before and after the proline residue at position 171 through substitution, deletion, or addition of one or more amino acid residues. A C-terminus of the FGF21 mutant protein of the present disclosure can resist the enzymatic degradation of fibroblast activation protein (FAP), and maintain an activity for binding to a ?-klotho receptor, which prolongs an in vivo half-life and efficacy of the FGF21 mutant protein.
