The session message includes a child application identifier corresponding to a child application. The device determines a session identifier corresponding to the group session to which the session message belongs. The device transmits the session identifier to the child application and receives from the child application a request for page data corresponding to the session identifier. In accordance with the request, the device obtains the page data corresponding to the child application identifier. The device renders a child application page in a child application according to the obtained data. In accordance with detecting a trigger event corresponding to the child application identifier on the session message, the device invokes the child application in the social networking application.

    Abstract: Aberrant cross talk between Notch ligand (e.g. Jag1) and Notch receptor (e.g. Notch1) has been implicated in tumorigenesis in the colon. Inhibition of Notch pathway is therefore an attractive approach for treating diseases with upregulated Jag1 e.g. colorectal cancer (CRC). Pan-notch inhibitors like gamma secretase inhibitors (GSIs) have been developed to inhibit Notch and its downstream events. However, severe gastrointestinal toxicity profiles impede the clinical development of GSIs. The present invention develops novel oligopeptides that specifically inhibit Jag1-Notch1 pathway without interfering DLL1-Notch1 or DLL4-Notch1, which demonstrates a clear advantage over pan-notch inhibitors.

The system includes an automated vehicle, a traffic circle, a control center, an attitude sensor and a panorama camera. In the method, the control center receives a test request and then sends a driving command to drive the automated vehicle to enter the traffic circle to start the test. The attitude sensor obtains a tilt angle and sends it to the control center in real time. The panorama camera is configured to obtain a driving trajectory, a driving speed and a state of turn signals of the automated vehicle. The obtained information is compared to a standard by the control center to evaluate the ability of the automated vehicle to pass the traffic circle without traffic lights.
