    Abstract: Systems and methods are described herein for attribute-point-based timing formal verification of application specific integrated circuit (ASIC) and system on chip (SoC) designs. A target circuit design having a first set of netlists and timing constraints is received. A plurality of key clock-pin-net-load-setting attributes are extracted from the first ported netlists and timing constraints. The clock-pin-net-load-setting attribute mismatch in the result report is checked between the target circuit design and a golden circuit design by comparing the plurality of target attributes with a plurality of golden attributes of the golden circuit design after the target design database is loaded for static timing analysis (STA).

    Abstract: The present invention relates to a system and a method for calibration between coordinate systems of a 3D camera and a medical imaging apparatus. The calibration system includes a calibration tool having markers and a reference point that is aligned with a center of the medical imaging apparatus to serve as an origin of the coordinate system. Positions of the markers in the coordinate system of the medical imaging apparatus are calculated according to relative positions of the markers with respect to the reference point. A 3D camera captures images to determine positions of the markers in the coordinate system of the 3D camera. A calculation device calibrates the coordinate system of the 3D camera and the coordinate system of the medical imaging apparatus using the positions of the markers in the coordinate system of the 3D camera and the p in the coordinate system of the medical imaging apparatus.

In response to the access request, a beam is transitioned from inactive to active to provide network access to the user device. Once the user device is out of range, the active beam is transitioned back to an inactive beam. An inactivity timer is used to detect an idle active cell that should be transitioned to an inactive cell.

    Abstract: The present disclosure relates to systems, non-transitory computer-readable media, and methods that utilize a progressive refinement network to refine alpha mattes generated utilizing a mask-guided matting neural network. In particular, the disclosed systems can use the matting neural network to process a digital image and a coarse guidance mask to generate alpha mattes at discrete neural network layers. In turn, the disclosed systems can use the progressive refinement network to combine alpha mattes and refine areas of uncertainty. For example, the progressive refinement network can combine a core alpha matte corresponding to more certain core regions of a first alpha matte and a boundary alpha matte corresponding to uncertain boundary regions of a second, higher resolution alpha matte. Based on the combination of the core alpha matte and the boundary alpha matte, the disclosed systems can generate a final alpha matte for use in image matting processes.
