    Abstract: Embodiments of the present disclosure relate to a device, a method, an apparatus and a computer readable storage medium for data processing. In example embodiments, a method of data processing is provided. The method comprises obtaining, from a channel decoding process, a first input and a second input on which a sum-product operation is to be performed, the sum-product operation including one or more sub-operations. The method further comprises determining a set of mapping relationships for approximating at least one of the one or more sub-operations. The method further comprises determining, based on the first input, the second input and the set of mapping relationships, a first result of the sum-product operation, and continuing the channel decoding process based on the first result. As such, embodiments of the present disclosure can improve error correcting capabilities of Low Density Parity Check (LDPC) code, Polar code, Reed-Muller (RM) code or the like.

    Abstract: Embodiments of the invention are directed to systems and methods for utilizing a cache to store historical transaction data. A predictive model may be trained to identify particular identifiers associated with historical data that is likely to be utilized on a particular date and/or within a particular time period. The historical data corresponding to these identifiers may be stored in a cache of the processing computer. Subsequently, an authorization request message may be received that includes an identifier. The processing computer may utilize the identifier to retrieve historical transaction data from the cache. The retrieved data may be utilized to perform any suitable operation. By predicting the data that will be needed to perform these operations, and preemptively store such data in a cache, the latency associated with subsequent processing may be reduced and the performance of the system as a whole improved.

    Abstract: A display may have an array of pixels. Display driver circuitry may supply data and control signals to the pixels. Each pixel may have seven transistors, a capacitor, and a light-emitting diode such as an organic light-emitting diode. The seven transistors may receive control signals using horizontal control lines. Each pixel may have first and second emission enable transistors that are coupled in series with a drive transistor and the light-emitting diode of that pixel. The first and second emission enable transistors may be coupled to a common control line or may be separately controlled so that on-bias stress can be effectively applied to the drive transistor. The display driver circuitry may have gate driver circuits that provide different gate line signals to different rows of pixels within the display. Different rows may also have different gate driver strengths and different supplemental gate line loading structures.

    Abstract: Provided are a display panel, a preparation method thereof, and a display device. The display panel includes a plurality of sub-panels. Each sub-panel includes first substrate, second substrate, bezel adhesive located therebetween, a plurality of bank structures, and a plurality of light-emitting elements. At least one light-emitting element forms a pixel unit. Each bank structure is located between adjacent pixel units. Seaming adhesive is located between adjacent sub-panels. The sub-panels share a same first substrate, and the seaming adhesive is disposed on the same first substrate. The first substrate includes a display region and a non-display region surrounding the display region. The light-emitting elements and the bank structures are located in the display region, and the bezel adhesive is located in the non-display region. In this manner, splicing gaps between adjacent sub-panels can be effectively reduced, and thus the display effect of the display panel can be improved.

After the first liner layer is formed, forming a dielectric layer in the opening. After the dielectric layer is formed, removing the patterned first sacrificial layer, thereby forming a contact opening over the source/drain structure. A conductive layer is formed in the contact opening. The FinFET is an n-type FET, and the source/drain structure includes an epitaxial layer including Si1?x?yM1xM2y, where M1 includes Sn, M2 is one or more of P and As, and 0.01?x?0.1, and 0.01?y?0.1.

A set of training data including received queries and related content can be processed to generate sequences of semantic encodings. These sequences can be used to train the sequence to sequence models, in order to be able to predict queries for instances of content when the relevant information for those instances is processed by the model. When such information is received for an instance, that information can be processed to generate a semantic encoding sequence which can then be processed by the model. A resulting semantic sequence output by the model can be segmented and decoded to produce a set of relevant queries for the instance of content. This information can then be provided to an entity associated with the instance of content for purposes in managing aspects relating to that content.
