  • Publication number: 20070063194
Abstract: The present invention relates to an organic electroluminescent display device for applying to the field of full-color display. The device includes a first electrode provided on the surface of a color filter. A first organic light emitting unit for generating a first light and a fourth organic light emitting unit for generating a fourth light respectively is provided on the surface of the first electrode. The first organic light emitting unit is provided on the vertical extension place of a first photo-resist of the color filter and the first light can pass through the first photo-resist. The fourth organic light emitting unit is provided on the vertical extension place of a second photo-resist and third photo-resist. The fourth light can pass though the second photo-resist and filtered to generate a second color light, pass through the third photo-resist and filtered to generate a third color light.

  • Publication number: 20060220536
Abstract: An organic electroluminescent device and method of manufacturing the same are provided. The device comprises a plurality of lower electrodes and at least one insulation layer crossing said lower electrodes. The insulation layer consists of parts of a bottom, a neck, and a top, wherein the action width of the top thereof is smaller than the bottom, which when such formed as a organic light emitting layer, the organic light emitting layer can touch the bottom of the insulation layer to prevent the short circuit from the abnormal contact of the opposite electrode and lower electrode. Further, a separator can be formed between each of the lower electrodes. The separator and the insulation layer can define each pixel position within the organic electroluminescent device. Wherein, the separator can isolate the horizontal light source of the organic light emitting layer to reduce the crosstalk noise for pixels each other.

  • Publication number: 20060202222
Abstract: A package structure of organic electroluminescent device comprises at least one isolating wall and at least one squeeze-out channel provided under a package lid. The adhesive coating place and squeeze-out area as laminating are able to be defined in package process due to the isolating wall and squeeze-out channel provided, therefore, which is not only to prevent the adhesive squeezed out from package process to protect the emitting element within the package lid, but also prevent the adhesive squeezing out of the package lid to the saw street to affect the further cutting process.
