Abstract: A stereo encoding method includes: performing downmix processing on a left channel signal of a current frame and a right channel signal of the current frame to obtain a primary channel signal of the current frame and a secondary channel signal of the current frame; and when determining to perform differential encoding on a pitch period of the secondary channel signal, performing differential encoding on the pitch period of the secondary channel signal using an estimated pitch period value of the primary channel signal to obtain a pitch period index value of the secondary channel signal, where the pitch period index value of the secondary channel signal is used to generate a to-be-sent stereo encoded bitstream.

Abstract: This application provides a packet transmission method and apparatus. The method includes: receiving, by a first transmission device, a first VXLAN packet sent by a first service device through a first virtual extensible local area network VXLAN tunnel; determining, by the first transmission device, first egress information corresponding to a first BD and a first destination media access control MAC address, based on a correspondence between the first BD, the first destination MAC address, and the first egress information; generating, by the first transmission device, a second VXLAN packet based on the first VXLAN packet and the first egress information, where the second VXLAN packet includes a second VNI and an Ethernet frame; and sending, by the first transmission device sends the second VXLAN packet to a second transmission device through a second VXLAN tunnel. This application facilitates more flexible packet transmission.

The borate fluorescent powder provided has a stable crystalline phase, high luminous efficiency, and decent thermal stability, and can be applied to ultraviolet LEDs or near-ultraviolet LEDs to construct white LEDs.

Abstract: Disclosed are a pharmaceutically acceptable salt of a heterocyclic compound depicted by formula (A) or a hydrate of the salt. The pharmaceutically acceptable salt is selected from alkali metal salts. The present inventors have unexpectedly discovered that three salts, especially sodium salt, lithium salt and a hydrate of either salt, have improved solubility and dissolution when compared to the compound of formula A, and thus can be more easily formulated into a drug product when compared to the compound of formula A. Abstract: Provided are an Akkermansia muciniphila strain and use thereof in preventing and treating metabolic diseases. This strain is named Akkermansia muciniphila SSYD-3 and the accession number thereof is CGMCC No. 14764. This strain is more ideal than the existing Ackermannia strain ATCC BAA835 in respect of fermentation performance, storage stability, acid and bile resistance, and the effect on treating metabolic diseases.

Abstract: Techniques are described for pooling data originating from different entities into a data pool managed by a data pool management system for performing accurate and resource-efficient statistical and other data operations by entities. Techniques further include maintaining rule sets that govern access to the data sets of the data pool. The DPMS uses the rule sets to determine whether a particular data set, on which a particular operation is requested to be performed, qualifies as authorized data for the requesting entity. In an embodiment, the DPMS determines, based on one rule set, that the particular data set does not qualify as authorized data for the particular operation. The DPMS further determines that based on another rule set the particular data set does qualify as authorized data for the particular operation. Based on determining that authorizing rule set overrides the non-authorizing rule set, DPMS proceeds to performing the particular operation using the particular data set.

Abstract: Embodiments of the present disclosure disclose a positioning information transmission method, a related device, and a system. The positioning information transmission method includes: determining an uplink subframe for carrying an uplink signal and a downlink subframe for carrying a downlink signal; determining first measurement information and second measurement information; and sending the first measurement information and the second measurement information to a positioning server, for locating a terminal device by the positioning server. Positioning accuracy can be improved by using the embodiments of the present disclosure.
