The insulating layer is disposed between the electrode layer and the circuit layer. The electronic component is disposed on the electrode layer and the circuit layer and electrically connected with the electrode layer and the circuit layer. The sensing component is disposed on the electrode layer and the circuit layer and electrically connected with the electrode layer and the circuit layer.
