  • Patent number: 8629826
Abstract: The present invention discloses a method for driving thin film transistor liquid crystal display (TFT-LCD) and the storage medium for storing computer program representative of the method thereof. The method utilizes a timing controller to send polarity control signals to a plurality of source drivers in a TFT-LCD panel for changing the polarity distribution of the liquid crystal molecules in the panel. The method is characterized by dynamically changing the positions of polarity inversion for alleviating the problem of undercharging under high resolution and high frequency conditions; utilizing both polar and reverse polar driving signals for solving the problem of color shift in “checker board” checking signals; and providing a mechanism for mending the problem of undercharging of the first horizontal line.

  • Publication number: 20110129960
Abstract: A method of manufacturing a stacked wafer level package includes: preparing a substrate; forming a conductive layer on the substrate; forming chip connection pads and internal connection pads on the conductive layer; forming solder balls connected to the internal connection pads; mounting a semiconductor chip on the conductive layer to be connected to the chip connection pads; forming a sealing member to seal the solder balls and the semiconductor chip; separating the substrate from the conductive layer; forming a rearrangement wiring layer by etching the conductive layer; forming an external connection on the rearrangement wiring layer; forming contact holes in the sealing member to expose the solder balls; and stacking an electronic component to be electrically connected to the solder balls exposed through the contact holes.

  • Publication number: 20090189880
Abstract: A source driving circuit is provided. The source driving circuit includes a plurality of source drivers, first switches, and second switches. Each transmission line of each source driver is coupled to the first switch and the second switch. In a first period, the first switches are turned on, and the source drivers generate a first driving signal to drive pixels in odd columns of a display panel through the transmission lines and the first switches. In a second period, the second switches are turned on, and the source drivers generate a second driving signal to drive pixels in even columns of the display panel through the transmission lines and the second switches. Therefore, the problem of the prior art that each transmission line of the source driver drives pixels in only one column of the display panel is improved and the hardware cost is greatly decreased.

  • Patent number: 7262968
Abstract: A device for dissipating a heat from addressing integrated circuits (addressing ICs) of a plasma display panel that uses a back plate which has a greater surface area, to dissipate the heat from the addressing integrated circuits directly. For embodiment of the device thereof, it provides a heat-conducting sheet attached on the addressing ICs to conduct the heat from the addressing ICs to the back plate rapidly, therefore increase the efficiency of the dissipation without add the volume of the plasma display panel.
