    Abstract: A device includes a first movable member having at least a slot on an inner wall thereof; a second movable member provided in the first movable member; a sliding sleeve, which has at least a recess, provided between the first movable member and the second movable member; and at least a rolling member received in the recess of the sliding sleeve and contacting an inner wall of the slot of the first movable member and an outer wall of the second movable member. Whereby, the second movable can not rotate relative to the first movable member and only can move relative to the first movable member.
