    Abstract: A multifunctional floating apparatus, which is able to float on water, includes a floating device, a handrail, a driving device, a controlling device, and a battery set. The floating device has an exterior edge and an interior edge, wherein the exterior edge is longer than the interior edge, and the floating device has an inner side at the interior edge. The handrail is connected to the inner side of the floating device, wherein the handrail has at least a holding portion for a user to hold the handrail. The driving device is provided on the floating device to drive the floating device to sail on water. The controlling device is electrically connected to the driving device to control the controlling device. The battery set is disposed to the floating device to supply the driving device with electric power.

The method of making the structure includes formation and insulation of the metal plate and the metal joint nut, the de-scum process at the joint positions of the metal plate and the metal joint nut, glue coating at the joint positions of the metal joint nut and the metal plate, curing the metal plate and the metal joint nut in the oven after both of them are being positioned, and cooling the jointed metal plate and the metal joint nut at room temperatures.

    Abstract: A substrate structure that is conductive after attachment comprises a lower substrate, an upper substrate, and an adhesive. The upper and lower substrates are made of metal. A plurality of contacts are formed on a bottom surface of the upper substrate. The adhesive is applied between a top surface of the lower substrate and a bottom surface of the upper substrate to bond the upper and lower substrates, while the contacts on the bottom surface of the upper substrate being electrically connected to the top surface of the lower substrate. There is no insulation between the bonding portion, the upper substrate and the lower substrate so that good shielding is thereby provided.

    Abstract: A fruit squeezer includes a hollow base, a container mounted on the hollow base and having a top open end, a strainer disposed in the container, a reamer disposed rotatably in the strainer, a driving unit mounted in the base and having a driving shaft projecting upwardly therefrom and connected to the reamer, and a squeezing member having a pivotal end mounted pivotally on the container so as to be movable toward and away from the top open end of the container. The squeezing member further has a pressing end opposite to the pivotal end, and a squeezing portion disposed between the pivotal end and the pressing end. The squeezing portion is movable toward the reamer when the squeezing member moves downwardly toward the top open end of the container.
