Abstract: The present invention discloses a systematic pharmacological method for personalized medicine. In the present invention, biological networks such as gene dependence networks are employed to reflect relationships between genes in pathogenesis. In combination with the gene expression data of a specific patient, a gene rank algorithm, which is capable of utilizing inter-genetic regulation relationships to mine key genes in the pathogenesis of disease in a specific patient, is used to construct a key genes list. Then, personalized medicine is carried out according to whether the drug targets are significantly targeted to the key genes list in the pathogenesis of disease in the specific patient. The systematic pharmacological method for personalized medicine proposed by the present invention is easy to implement, has low cost and high efficiency, and has wide application prospects in precision medicine and drug discovery.

Abstract: The present invention relates to the field of biomedical technology, and discloses a screening method for multi-target drugs and/or drug combinations. It includes the following steps: step (1): searching a drug target database, summarizing a drug target, a target in development and a drug corresponding to each target, obtaining data of a corresponding relationship between the target and the drug; step (2): screening out a related target-target pair according to a systematic genetics method; step (3): screening out a multi-target drug and/or a drug combination according to the data of the corresponding relationship between the target and the drug obtained in step (1) and the related target-target pair obtained in step (2).

Abstract: A method for detecting presence of a hand gesture in video frames includes receiving video frames having an original resolution, downscaling the received video frames into video frames having a lower resolution, and detecting a motion corresponding to the predefined hand gesture in the downscaled video frames based on temporal motion information in the downscaled video frames. The method also includes detecting a hand shape corresponding to the predefined hand gesture in a candidate search window within one of the downscaled video frames using a binary classifier. The candidate search window corresponds to a motion region containing the detected motion. The method further includes determining whether the received video frames contain the predefined hand gesture based on the hand shape detection.

Abstract: A method and an apparatus for generating presentation configuration files of document content, wherein the document content will be presented according to the presentation configuration files. The method may include acquiring one presentation configuration file template and updating the presentation file template according to personalized presentation rules associated with preferences input by a current user, to generate the presentation configuration files customized with respect to the current user. According to the present invention, the presentation configuration files can be generated automatically based on the user preferences, such that the document content can be presented according to the customized presentation configuration files.
