    Abstract: The described embodiments concern one or more methods, systems, apparatuses, and computer readable mediums storing processor-executable process steps to authenticate mobile subscribers for using a foreign application when they are outside of their home telecom carrier's mobile network zone (“foreign zone”). A mobile subscriber can be authenticated through data roaming service, voice roaming service, and/or WiFi service. After cross network authentication, a mobile subscriber can use the foreign application to provide the same or similar services in a foreign zone, such as foreign country, through the home services in connection with the subscriber's home telecom carrier in a similar manner like he/she can use in his/her home zone, such as home country.

    Abstract: A communication exchange including a digital route module, an analog route module and a call manager is presented. The digital route module transmits a call signal of a call as the call signal is a digital signal. The analog route module transmits the call signal as the call signal is an analog signal. The call manager has a processor for identifying the call alternatively occurring in the digital route module or the analog route module. The call manager also selects alternatively the digital route module and the analog route module to send the call signal to a destination of the call. Wherein the digital route module together with the call manager are used for signals transmission among the plurality of digital devices, and the analog route module together with the call manager are used for signals transmission among the plurality of analog devices.

    Abstract: A method and system for managing and allocating multiple communication resources to ensure relatively equal usage. The selection of the resource can be performed by retrieving a pointer value, and testing the resource associated with the pointer value monitoring the call duration over this resource and appropriately updating it's status (if the call duration is below the threshold, a bad call count for the channel is incremented. And when the bad call count exceeds the threshold the channel is marked as faulty). The pointer value as necessary to find a usable resource, and a usable resource is selected. The pointer value can be modified either before the testing of the initially-selected resource, or after the final selection of the usable resource.
