Abstract: The present invention provides an information input method having confidentiality. Differing from the conventional password inputting keyboard is commonly a visible entity keyboard or a visible virtual keyboard, a user can utilizes a display boundary of a wearable display to define an operation region on a touch pad of an electronic device through the information input method of the present invention. Then, the wearable display would show a virtual keyboard corresponding to the operation region to the user, and the virtual keyboard showed by the wearable display is only seen by the user. Therefore, even if the user input a set of passwords by performing finger movements on the touch pad, the other person cannot guess the correct password set from the finger movements. Besides, the password set also cannot be recorded after using a surveillance software to monitor the button struck on the touch pad.

Abstract: A portable electronic device uses the initial heartbeat value to calculate a possible heartbeat variation. Then a reference range is determined. Only the real time heartbeat value falling in the reference range is output as a correct real time heartbeat value. Thus, the too large or too small erroneous heartbeat values influenced by the vibration noise are eliminated to precisely output the correct real time heartbeat value. Therefore, the extra vibration sensors need not to be installed to lower the cost and to reduce the volume.

Abstract: A portable electronic device includes a switching unit, a light source, a light detector and control unit. The user utilizes the switching unit to select the detection mode. The light is emitted from the light source to the object to generate a reflected light. The light detector detects the reflected light to generate a light detecting signal for the control unit to calculate a corresponding result based on the selected mode. Therefore, single portable electronic device can achieve multiple functions and is more convenient for utilization.
