Abstract: A computing device includes a first motherboard and a second motherboard perpendicularly attached to the first motherboard. The first motherboard includes a first CPU module and a plurality of first peripheral component interconnect (PCI) sockets. The second motherboard includes a second CPU module and a plurality of second PCI sockets. The plurality of first PCI sockets is located perpendicularly to both motherboards. The plurality of second PCI sockets includes at least one PCI socket that is obliquely oriented relative to the first motherboard.

Abstract: A circuit board assembly includes a circuit board, a latch member attached to the circuit board, and a protective shielding member for accommodating the circuit board and the latch member. The circuit board includes a main board and a connector attached to the main board. At least one mounting hole is defined in the main board. At least one pin protrudes from the main board. The latch member includes a main panel abutting the main board, at least one engaging post engaging with the at least one mounting hole, and a covering portion for covering the at least one pin. Main portions of the main board and the main panel are received in the shielding member. The connector and the covering portion are exposed on the outside of the shielding member.

Abstract: A circuit board module includes a first circuit board and a protecting cover. A high speed interface is located on the first circuit board, for receiving a second circuit board. The high speed interface defines two latch slots. The protecting cover includes a cover body and a knob located on the cover body. The knob includes two resilient pieces and two latch tabs. The two latch tabs are located on the two resilient pieces, respectively. When the second circuit board is not connected to the high speed interface, the cover body covers the first high speed interface. Each of the two latch tabs is engaged in each of the two latch slots, to prevent the cover body from moving away the high speed interface. The two resilient pieces are resiliently deformable to disengage each of the two latch tabs from each of the latch slots.
