    Abstract: Embodiments of methods, systems and apparatus for a buyer/supplier network aiding supplier enablement through creation of a requisition between a buyer and a supplier are disclosed. One method includes receiving, by the buyer/supplier network, a collaboration request for information about a good or service being purchased by a buyer. At least one supplier is identified from an approved supplier list that has the requested information. An account is created for each of the identified suppliers on the buyer/supplier network, and an invitation is sent to each of the suppliers to join the buyer/supplier network. Each of the invited suppliers is allowed to log into the buyer/supplier network through the invitation, and address the request for information.

The adjuster unit receives the adjust signal voltage and adjusts the oscillation frequency output from the VCO according to the adjust signal voltage. The PLL unit outputs a second control voltage to the VCO.     Abstract: A method for fabricating on-chip spacers for a TFT panel exposes a photoresist layer on top of the TFT panel using two exposure processes, one through the bottom of the TFT and the other through a mask over the TFT panel. The exposure process through the bottom exposes all photoresist covering windows on the TFT panel and leaves all photoresist corresponding to an opaque grid corresponding a TFT driving circuit. A second exposure process through a mask above the photoresist leaves part of the photoresist in the opaque grid unexposed. The exposed photoresist is removed leaving on-chip spacers only on the opaque grid. Therefore, the on-chip spacers can not affect the display quality and can be easily formed on a high dpi TFT panel.

    Abstract: A remote control device is described. The remote control device uses a network chip directly mounted on a motherboard of a server computer to remote control the server computer without any additional network card requirement. The remote control device includes a basic input output system (BIOS), a COM port, a baseboard management controller (BMC), and a network chip. The BIOS redirects video data to the COM port and then the same to the BMC. The BMC transforms the video data into network packets according to a Q-Telnet protocol. The BMC recognizes the Q-Telnet protocol and a standard Telnet protocol effectively. Therefore, the network chip uses a UDP 623 port to control the BMC and a TCP 23 port to transmit data and commands using the standard Telnet protocol.

    Abstract: A dual-band FR4 chip antenna is disclosed. The present invention forms a meandering radiating metal line on a low-cost FR4 chip base, thereby achieving a dual-band operation. The present invention comprises: an FR4 chip base made of an FR4 material; a meandering radiating metal line; and a connecting point, wherein the meandering radiating metal line is formed on at least two surfaces of the FR4 chip base, and the connecting point is used for connecting the meandering radiating metal line to a signal transmission line. The present invention can cover two ISM (Industrial-Scientific-Medical) bands, such as those around 2450 MHz and 5800 MHz. The FR4 chip antenna in the present invention is not only easy to be integrated with microwave circuits, but also sturdy and cheap, and is further suitable for using the surface-mounting technology (SMT) to perform a mass production. In addition, the present invention has two separate wide bandwidths, and is suitable for dual-band operation.
