    Abstract: A nerve stimulation system includes an electrode, an electrode controlling device coupled to the electrode and configured to control the electrode to electrically stimulate a peripheral nerve according to a nerve stimulation signal, and a signal generating device coupled to the electrode controlling device and configured to generate the nerve stimulation signal. The nerve stimulation signal is a signal with a square envelope. The square envelope periodically includes an on-time period with a pulse amplitude and an off-time period without the pulse amplitude, and a ratio of the on-time period and the off-time period is not less than 1, and a length of the off-time period is not longer than 5 seconds.

    Abstract: Pharmaceutical compositions for promoting hair follicle regeneration and their respective preparation methods are provided to overcome the ineffectiveness and low efficiency of the conventional hair follicle regeneration techniques. The methods for preparing the pharmaceutical compositions for promoting hair follicle regeneration include seeding dermal papilla cells and adipocyte lineage cells on a culture material in order for the dermal papilla cells and the adipocyte lineage cells to jointly assemble cell spheres. The pharmaceutical compositions can effectively enhance the effect and efficiency of hair follicle regeneration and thereby promote the regeneration of hair follicles.

    Abstract: The present invention relates to a tissue regeneration membrane for repair and regeneration of peripheral nerve, which includes a collagen membrane and an anti-inflammatory medicinal composition dispersed therein uniformly, for wrapping an injured peripheral nerve. The collagen membrane protects the injured peripheral nerve from the infiltration of inflammatory cells, and the anti-inflammatory medicinal composition can inhibit neuroinflammation of the injured peripheral nerve, thereby promoting the repair and regeneration of the injured peripheral nerve.

    Abstract: The present invention relates to a basal medium for spheroid formation of adipose-derived stem cells, comprising a substrate; and a chitosan film faulted on a surface of the substrate, wherein the chitosan film comprises chitosan with 60-90% degree of deacetylation, and the chitosan film has a surface roughness defined by a height difference, measured between a highest position and a lowest position thereof, of 1-25 nm. In addition, the present invention further provides a method for inducing the spheroid trans-differentiating into neural lineages by using the basal medium of the present invention.
