    Abstract: A system for identifying mental stress in a user is provided herein. A first sensor has at least one electrode configured to contact the user's skin to measure heart-based electrical signals of the user. A second sensor has at least one light emitter and at least one light sensor. A third sensor has at least one force sensor and can be configured to measure movement signals of the user's body reflecting cardio-mechanical activity of the user. The heart-based electrical signals, PPG signals, and movement signals in real time are received by a processor via at least one electrical input of the system. A set of mental stress signatures are continuously determined. The mental stress signatures are provided to an inference model to determine a probability of an acute mental stress state of the user. An output can indicate whether the user is presently in an acute mental stress state.

    Abstract: A perovskite solar cell includes an electron-transport layer (ETL), a perovskite layer, and an HTL. The ETL is with an additive phase buried therein and disposed over a substrate with a bottom electrode. The perovskite layer is disposed above the ETL and is in contact with the ETL. The perovskite layer includes a plurality of grains which arranged on a top surface of the ETL along a direction, in which two of the adjacent grains have adjacent side surfaces to form a void there between over the top surface of the ETL. The top of the void defines a GBG side-angle with the direction, in which a mean GBG side-angle of the perovskite layer is in a range from 5 degrees to 30 degrees. A HTL is disposed over the perovskite layer and between a top electrode and the perovskite layer.

Specifically, the present invention relates to a cfDNA classification method, comprising: calculating a copy number variation data of cfDNA in a target sample; calculating a similarity degree between the target cfDNA copy number variation data and the cfDNA copy number variation data of each category label; and determining the category to which the target cfDNA belongs according to the similarity degree by using a classifier model. The invention can realize the diagnosis of up to 3 types of urogenital system tumors at one time, and has high sensitivity and specificity. In particular, in the diagnosis and dynamic monitoring of urothelial cancer, the sensitivity and specificity are higher than those of the current clinical detection methods.
