    Abstract: Embodiments of the present disclosure relate to a method, system and computer program product for service retention in a computing environment. According to the method, a deprovision request for deprovisioning a target service instance provisioned in a computing environment is received. In response to the deprovision request, a retention policy associated with the target service instance is determined. The retention policy indicates an action to be applied on the target service instance. The action causes a resource usage level of the target service instance to reduce. Based on the retention policy, the target service instance is modified to obtain a retention service instance provisioned in the computing environment for use in restoration of the target service instance.

The semiconductor device also includes a third metal plug and a fourth metal plug disposed over a pattern-loose region of the semiconductor substrate. The semiconductor device further includes a boron nitride layer disposed over the pattern-dense region and the pattern-loose region of the semiconductor substrate. A first portion of the boron nitride layer between the first metal plug and the second metal plug is separated from the semiconductor substrate by an air gap, and a second portion of the boron nitride layer between the third metal plug and the fourth metal plug is in direct contact with the semiconductor substrate.

Si charge region may be about 50 nm. The p+ Ge absorption region may confine the electric field to the multiplication region and the charge region to achieve a temperature stability of 4.2 mV/° C.

The textual command may be determined to satisfy a frequency threshold in a corpus of textual commands Consequently, data indicative of the textual command may be enrolled as a hot command. Subsequent utterance of another textual command that is semantically consistent with the textual command may trigger performance of a responsive action by the automated assistant, without requiring explicit invocation.

According to the method, for a test image of at least one part of a target object, a reference image is generated by repeating a periodic pattern detected in the test image, the target object consisting of elements. A differential image is determined by comparing the test image and the reference image. The differential image is superimposed on a predefined grid image to obtain a superimposed image. The grid image comprises grids corresponding to elements of a reference object associated with the target object. The number of defective elements is determined in the at least one part of the target object based on the superimposed image.
