    Abstract: An organic monomolecular white light material, a manufacturing method for the same, and an OLED element are provided. The organic monomolecular white light material has a room temperature phosphorescence emission property in a solid state, and can trap triplet exciton to achieve high efficient luminescence. Also, that has a higher thermal decomposition temperature and glass transition temperature, and the synthetic method and purification process thereof are simple. It has the advantages of mild reaction condition and high yield, and the thermal properties, luminescent properties, white-light color purity, etc of a final product can be adjusted by connecting to different aromatic fused ring or aromatic heterocyclic ring groups. In the OLED element, the organic monomolecular white light material is used as an emitting layer, and the emitting layer has a high luminous intensity and a good stability, thus the luminous efficiency and working life of the OLED element achieve practical requirements.

    Abstract: A wide bandpass filtering power amplifier using discriminating coupling is disclosed, which comprises a DC bias circuit, an input impedance matching circuit, a transistor and an output impedance matching circuit. The DC bias circuit is connected to the input impedance matching circuit which is further connected to the transistor, and the transistor is further connected to the output impedance matching circuit which comprises a tuning microstrip line and a bandpass filter. The complexity and the area of the impedance matching circuit in the power amplifier are effectively reduced. At the same time, the filtering PA has good frequency selectivity by using the discriminating coupling BPF. Meanwhile the work efficiency and bandwidth of the filtering power amplifier are effectively improved by taking both of the extended continuous mode theory and filter synthesis theory into account.

    Abstract: The disclosure provides a hybrid CMOS device and a manufacturing method thereof. The manufacturing method of the hybrid CMOS device according to the disclosure uses a low-temperature polysilicon to prepare an active layer of a PMOS transistor, and simultaneously uses a metal oxide semiconductor to prepare an active layer of an NMOS transistor. The two types of semiconductor materials are used in combination to form a hybrid CMOS device. Compared with the existing method for producing an active layer of the PMOS transistor by using a two-dimensional carbon nanotransister material or an organic semiconductor material, the hybrid CMOS device obtained according to the disclosure has superior electrical properties.
