Abstract: Provided are battery cell, battery, and electrical device. The battery cell includes box body, end cover, electrode assembly, and first current collecting member and second current collecting member arranged separately, wherein the housing is provided with opening; the end covers on the opening; the electrode assembly is accommodated in the housing; the electrode assembly is provided with electrode lug; the first current collecting member is connected to the electrode lug; and the second current collecting member is connected to the end cover, wherein along thickness direction of the end cover, the first current collecting member and the second current collecting member are stacked and connected to each other; the second current collecting member is located on one side of the first current collecting member facing the end cover; and projection of the second current collecting member is located within outer edge of the first current collecting member.
