  • Patent number: 12271173
Abstract: Disclosed are an external, numerically controlled, rapid reconfigurable surface mold and forming method thereof In this mold, an external shape-adjusting component is composed of a height-regulating rod, a motor, and a sliding guide rail module. The height-regulating rod is connected to the sliding guide rail module, and the motor is coaxially connected to the height-regulating rod. In addition, the molding module consists of a plurality of basic body units with the same structure, the lower end of the basic body unit is installed in the mold box, the upper end of the basic body unit is matched with the lower end of the height-regulating rod, and the height of the basic body unit is adjustable. Subsequently, in the forming method, driven by the motor and under the action of the force of the lower end of the height-regulating rod, the height-regulating rod moves above the basic body units.

  • Publication number: 20240405418
Abstract: Embodiments of the present disclosure relate to a coupler, antenna module and electronic device. The coupler comprises a first substrate layer and a second substrate layer located below the first substrate layer. The coupler also comprises a first coupling line located on an upper surface of the first substrate layer and a second coupling line located on a lower surface of the second substrate layer. The coupler further comprises a first ground layer located between a lower surface of the first substrate layer and an upper surface of the second substrate layer, a plurality of hole groups being formed in the first ground layer and being geometrically designed such that an electromagnetic field of the first coupling line is coupled to the second coupling line through the plurality of hole groups. In this way, PCB space and size may be saved, RF performance may be improved, and PCB cost may be reduced.

  • Publication number: 20230420843
Abstract: Embodiments of the present disclosure relate to a phase shifter, an antenna device and a base station. The phase shifter comprises: a substrate comprising first conductive members, a movable assembly, and an adjusting assembly. The movable assembly comprises a second conductive member electronically coupled to first conductive members, and is adapted to move relative to the substrate in a first direction to shift a phase of an electrical signal output by the phase shifter. The adjusting assembly is coupled to the movable assembly and adapted to move the movable assembly to enable an alignment of the second conductive member and the first conductive members; or a change of a force applied by movable assembly to the substrate. In this way, the phase shifter is provided with an error-adjustment mechanism, and the antenna device as well as the base station including these phase shifters can achieve an increased accuracy and consistency.

  • Patent number: 10913863
Abstract: The present disclosure provides a cesium tungsten bronze-based self-cleaning nano heat-insulation coating material, and method of preparing the same. Cesium tungsten bronze nanoparticles are prepared by hydrothermal method using WCl6 and CsOH.5H2O as raw materials, PVP as a surfactant and acetic acid as an acid catalyst. TiO2 nanoparticles are prepared from TiCl4. Subsequently ball milling and dispersing of the cesium tungsten bronze nanoparticles, the TiO2 nanoparticles, and a silane coupling agent with water to obtain an aqueous slurry containing cesium tungsten bronze/TiO2 composite particles is performed. The concentration of the aqueous slurry containing cesium tungsten bronze/TiO2 composite particles is adjusted to obtain a self-cleaning nano heat-insulation coating material.
