    Abstract: Disclosed are a Lactobacillus rhamnosus strain having accession number CCTCC NO: M 2021185, a ferment lysate prepared thereby for regulating skin microecology, and a preparation method for the ferment lysate. The ferment lysate comprises the following components in mass percentages of same in the ferment lysate: 0.2-1% of proteins, 0.3-0.8% of polysaccharides, and 0.2-1% of amino acids. The ferment lysate obtained by using the above bacterial strain for fermentation can strongly inhibit the reproduction and growth of pathogenic bacteria, has a promotion effect on some of probiotics, has a strong inhibition effect on pathogenic hyphae of Candida albicans, can not only generate antimicrobial peptides during fermentation, but also increase the expression level of antimicrobial peptides in skin cells at the genetic level and the protein level, thereby improving skin immunity.

    Abstract: A battery fault diagnosis method includes: A vehicle uploads a collected first original data set to a cloud BMS. The cloud BMS preliminarily diagnoses a battery based on the first original data set and sends a risk warning to the vehicle based on the preliminary diagnosis for the battery. The vehicle obtains a second original data set based on the received risk warning. The second original data set is obtained from the vehicle through collection. Data items included in the second original data set are more than data items included in the first original data set or a data collection frequency of the second original data set is higher than a data collection frequency of the first original data set. The vehicle and/or the cloud BMS deeply diagnose/diagnoses the battery based on the second original data set, to determine a fault level of the battery.

The screening method comprises the steps of purifying the strain of Hericium erinaceus from a tissue block, fermenting and culturing the strain, soak extracting ergothioneine from the mycelium cells in the fermentation broth, detecting the ergothioine content in the fermentation broth. The Hericium erinaceus strain screened according to the present invention has high ergothioneine yield, and the screening method is simple in process, easy to be operated, and low in production cost.
