Publication number: 20210208088Abstract: The present invention relates to a magnetic holder for immunoelectron microscopy grids. The holder comprises a frame, a magnet and a hydrophobic layer. The device can use a magnetic force to simultaneously attach the outer rings of nickel grids to the frame, so that a batch operation (such as rinsing, immunolabeling and dyeing) of the nickel grids can be realized. In addition, due to the hydrophobic effect of the hydrophobic layer, the holder can reduce the amount of the liquid carried by the nickel grids in the process of continuously transferring the nickel grids between different types of liquids to almost zero. Compared with the prior art, the magnetic holder effectively reduces the probability of cross-contamination between reagents.Type: ApplicationFiled: January 2, 2021Publication date: July 8, 2021Applicant: Institute of Microbiology, Chinese Academy of SciencesInventors: Jingnan Liang, Yiwei Liu, Qian Wang, Zhousinuo Jiang, Xing Dai, Hao Liang, Yuanming Luo, Chunli Li, Zheng Fan, Tong Zhao, Shutao Sun, Xiaolan Zhang

Patent number: 10898669Abstract: The present invention discloses a carbon dioxide inhalation treatment device for central sleep apnea comprising a blower, a gas cylinder filled with carbon dioxide (CO2), an airbag, a mask, and a detection mechanism for detecting the central apnea by measuring the electromyographic activity of the chest wall muscles. The mask is provided with multiple holes providing a communication between the inside and outside of the mask in order to prevent any sense of resistance of breathing and to provide greater control of inspired CO2. Inspired CO2 from a gas mixture containing also a minimum 20% O2 is driven by air using a blower into a mixing chamber. This carbon dioxide inhalation treatment device for central sleep apnea can provide a stable, mild level of carbon dioxide for patients with central sleep apnea, thus by preserving respiratory drive correcting central sleep apnea without increasing the arousal and microarousal frequency.Type: GrantFiled: April 21, 2017Date of Patent: January 26, 2021Inventor: Yuanming Luo

Patent number: 9915571Abstract: The present invention relates to the field of radio frequency identification, in particular to a temperature measurement and calibration circuit and a passive radio frequency identification tag. Meanwhile, the present invention further relates to a method for performing temperature measurement by using the tag. The temperature measurement and calibration circuit of the tag generates an upper reference voltage value limit and a lower reference voltage value limit, which do not change with temperature, then calibrates the upper reference voltage value limit and the lower reference voltage value limit to a uniform upper voltage value limit and a uniform lower voltage value limit, and eliminates the problem of different reference voltages of tags due to the power supply voltage fluctuation and process deviation. Meanwhile, a temperature measurement voltage generator circuit of the tag generates a calibration voltage value under a uniform calibration temperature.Type: GrantFiled: March 18, 2015Date of Patent: March 13, 2018Inventors: Patrick Bian Wu, Xingyi Wang, Lingli Zhou, Fuqiang Han, Shehu Qi, Yuanming Luo
