Abstract: The present application provides a computer numerical control (CNC) machine, a machining method and a device thereof. The method includes: acquiring spatial locations of measuring points for a machined object; establishing mapping relationships between the measuring points according to the spatial locations of the measuring points; and matching the mapping relationships according to a target processing graphic and carrying out machining of the target processing graphic on the machined object.

Abstract: A processing control method, a processing device, a processing system are provided. The method includes the following. A light beam is emitted to a processing object to form a light beam coverage region on the processing object through lights in the light beam. Positional information of pixel points mapped by the measurement points is obtained from an image corresponding to the light beam coverage region. Coordinate information of each measurement point in the light beam coverage region is obtained according to a pre-configured calibration relationship and the positional information of the pixel points.

Abstract: A method for calculating a starting point includes the following. A first coordinate system and a second coordinate system are established. The first coordinate system includes a CX-axis and is a coordinate system for a picture of a part to be processed. The picture of the part to be processed is captured. A first coordinate of a light spot on the CX-axis is obtained based on the picture. The light spot is formed by irradiating on the part to be processed by light. The second coordinate of the light spot in the second coordinate system is calculated based on the first coordinate as the starting point for processing.
