    Abstract: The present disclosure relates to the technical fields of agriculture and environmental microbiology, and provides Agrobacterium for reducing uptake of heavy metals by wheat. The Agrobacterium is strain NJ20, which is deposited in China General Microbiological Culture Collection Center under Accession CGMCC No. 26197. The present disclosure also provides a bacterial agent which is prepared by the aforementioned Agrobacterium. The Agrobacterium and bacterial agent thereof are used for reducing uptake of heavy metals in heavy metal contaminated soil by wheat. The strain NJ20 of the present disclosure can grow well under the stress of lead and cadmium, and remove soluble lead and cadmium in the culture solution by adsorption; meanwhile the strain NJ20 can generate indoleacetic acid, dissolve insoluble tricalcium phosphate and improve phosphorus nutrition in soil. Inoculation of the strain NJ20 into heavy metal contaminated soil can reduce the contents of lead and cadmium in wheat grains and straws.

    Abstract: The present invention provides a low viscosity poly-?-olefin lubricating oil and a synthesis method thereof. The method comprises: (1) the ?-olefin raw material is subjected to dehydration treatment so that the water content in the raw material is ?10 ppm; (2) a reaction of the dehydration treated ?-olefin raw material is carried out in the presence of a complex catalyst and gaseous BF3 to obtain a reaction product, wherein the pressure of the gaseous BF3 is 0.01 to 1 MPa; (3) the reaction product obtained in step (2) is sequentially subjected to flash distillation, gas stripping, centrifugation, and washing treatment to obtain an intermediate product; (4) the intermediate product obtained in step (3) is subjected to distillation under reduced pressure to separate the unreacted ?-olefin raw material and ?-olefin dimers, and the remaining heavy fractions are subjected to hydrogenation saturation treatment followed by fractionation and cutting-off.

    Abstract: A phosphate-solubilizing microbial agent for maize is provided. The phosphate-solubilizing microbial agent is obtained by fermentation of a strain CR50; and the strain CR50 is Bacillus stratosphericus (B. stratosphericus), which was deposited in the China Center for Type Culture Collection (CCTCC) on Nov. 10, 2020, with a deposit number of CCTCC M 2020721. The phosphate-solubilizing microbial agent has the ability to solubilize insoluble inorganic phosphorus and insoluble organic phosphorus such as calcium phosphate and calcium phytate, which can increase an available phosphorus content in soil, significantly promote the growth of maize, and increase a maize yield. The phosphate-solubilizing strain also has the ability to produce indoleacetic acid (IAA) and siderophore, and can undergo an agglutination reaction with maize agglutinin due to maize agglutinin affinity. The strain CR50 can colonize at maize roots for a long time under the mediation of agglutinin and stably exert the growth-promoting effect.
