    Abstract: The invention discloses a vehicle fault reasoning method based on a knowledge graph, includes: constructing a knowledge graph of a vehicle fault; obtaining a question statement (QS) from user; performing question classification on the QS by TextCNN to obtain a classification result; marking a training QS by using an NER data marking manner and training an entity extraction model based on a sequence marking result; generating a vehicle fault class by a decision tree model for extracting the QS and searching for an answer in the knowledge graph; and performing question template matching based on the classification result and the answer and substituting the answer into the question template to obtain an answer statement. A question answering system constructed by the method includes word processing, question classification, question template matching, and answer generation, which helps the user judging a fault problem of vehicle, and searching for related knowledge about vehicle fault.

    Abstract: Technology is disclosed herein for early erase termination as a counter-measure for erase disturb. Multiple erase blocks of NAND memory cells are erased in parallel during an erase procedure. Erasing multiple erase blocks in parallel can place considerable strain on the circuitry that generates the erase voltage. If there is significant leakage current in one of the erase blocks the magnitude of the erase voltage for all of the erase blocks may drop. The erase blocks are tested sequentially for leakage current during the first erase loop while the erase voltage is applied to only the erase block under test. If any erase block fails the leakage current test that erase block is removed from the erase procedure. One or more additional erase loops are then performed with only those erase blocks that passed the leakage current test simultaneously receiving an erase voltage, thereby preventing erase disturb with early termination.

    Abstract: A preparation method for high-strength and low-modulus ?-type Si-containing titanium alloy involves: preparing an alloy component with, in atomic percentage, 60-70% of Ti, 10-20% of Nb, 5-15% of Zr, 1-10% of Ta and 1-5% of Si and using sponge titanium, sponge zirconium, a tantalum-niobium intermediate alloy and silicon as raw materials, and then uniformly smelting the alloy components to obtain a solidified ingot; then, subjecting the resulting ingot to plastic deformation with a deformation temperature of 800-900° C. and a deformation rate of 60-80%, and water-quenching same to room temperature; and finally, heating the resulting test sample to a recrystallization temperature, maintaining the temperature for 1-4 h, and carrying out an annealing treatment and air-cooling same to room temperature to obtain the high-strength and low-modulus ?-type Si-containing titanium alloy. The resulting titanium alloy is more suitable for use as a medical implant material.
