Abstract: A white nanozymes test strip includes a substrate, an organic developer, and a manganese-based metal-organic framework nanozyme is provided, the manganese-based metal-organic framework nanozymes and the organic developer are fixed on the substrate. The present invention uses a white nanozymes test strip as described above, which is inexpensive, simple to prepare and high stability, can resist the interference of oxygen, and the test results are easier to observe, solving the problem that the color development results of colored nanomaterials are not easy to observe, thus improving the detection sensitivity.

Abstract: The present disclosure provides a homogeneous detection method for continuous detection of a miRNA by a metal-organic framework (MOF)-based nanozyme. The method includes the following steps: step 1, conducting a duplex-specific nuclease (DSN)-assisted signal amplification strategy: in order to form a hairpin structure, heating a hairpin DNA to 95° C. for 5 min, and then slowly cooling to a room temperature; and step 2, conducting a flow analysis: conducting the flow analysis on a target using a flow injection-batch method, and recording a differential pulse voltammetry (DPV) response of a biosensor in a batch mode; in a flow mode, introducing a DSN-assisted signal amplification product into an analytical unit, and conducting incubation at 30° C. to 40° C.
