    Abstract: A magnetically held diaper monitor comprises a power supply part and a control part. The power supply part comprises a lower shell, and a battery and a power circuit board embedded in the lower shell. The power circuit board is provided with a plurality of lower magnetic electrodes and two lower magnetic terminals. The control part comprises an upper shell and a control circuit board embedded in the upper shell. The control circuit board is provided with upper magnetic electrodes which are in one-to-one correspondence to the lower magnetic electrodes, and upper magnetic terminals which correspond to the lower magnetic terminals. A diaper sensor is clamped between the power supply part and the control part which are combined into a whole by attraction by means of a magnetic force and is connected to the control part via the magnetic electrodes. The control part obtains a power supply via the magnetic terminals.

    Abstract: A method and apparatus for manufacturing a split antenna RFID tag, comprises: S1, driving, by a drive shaft and a drive shaft in a first conveying mechanism, the conveying of a carrier tape adhered with aluminum foil at a speed V1; and, letting an adhesive tape combine with the carrier tape, and cutting by a circular antenna die cutter to form aluminum foil antennas; S2, letting a base tape with RFID units convey at a variable speed, separating the RFID units from the base tape, and pasting the RFTD units onto the corresponding aluminum foil antennas on the carrier tape to form tag modules; S3, cutting, by a circular PET film die cutter, a PET film with back glue under the drive of the drive shaft to form PET films, and covering the PET films on the corresponding tag modules on the carrier tape to form semi-finished products.

    Abstract: The invention relates to a fabric matrix RFID tag and a method for manufacturing the same. The method comprises the following steps: S1. manufacturing a plastically encapsulated RFID unit; S2. spinning or sewing a coupling antenna on a fabric matrix sheet by using metal wire yarns; and, S3. fixing the plastically encapsulated RFID unit in a position where a coupling portion of the coupling antenna is disposed on the fabric matrix sheet to form an RFID tag. In the invention, a coupling antenna is formed on the fabric matrix material by sewing and then the coupling antenna together with the plastically encapsulated RFID unit forms a fabric matrix RFID tag, thus breaking through restrictions on the application of the traditional RFID tags. The fabric matrix RFID tag obtained according to the method may be washed with water, dry-cleaned and randomly rubbed and kneaded, and acid and alkali resistant.
