    Abstract: Provided is a liquid crystal display panel and a liquid crystal display device. The liquid crystal display panel includes a substrate and a thin film transistor formed on the substrate, wherein a source and a drain of the thin film transistor have complementary V-shaped structures, so as to form a V-shaped space region between the source and the drain, such that when the thin film transistor is in operation, a V-shaped conductive channel is formed in a semiconductor layer of the thin film transistor.     Abstract: Embodiments of the present invention provide a remote electrical tilt unit, a base station, and a method for managing a remote electrical tilt antenna. The method includes: receiving, by the remote electrical tilt unit, permission configuration information sent by a first base station through a group of AISG ports of the remote control unit; configuring management permission of the first base station on the remote electrical tilt unit according to the permission configuration information, where the management permission includes at least control permission and query permission, and control permission on the remote electrical tilt unit can be allocated to only one base station. In this way, multiple base stations jointly manage a remote electrical tilt unit in a remote electrical tilt antenna, and a problem that it is difficult to locate and troubleshoot a fault when configuration of the remote electrical tilt unit is incorrect is resolved.

    Abstract: A liquid crystal display (LCD) device including a backlight with an LED assembly. The LED assembly includes a dichroic combiner and two or more different color LEDs. A substrate of the dichroic combiner receives color light from multiple color LEDs at different input regions and propagating in different directions. Dielectric layers within the substrate selectively reflect or transmit the color light to spatially superimpose the color light, and output the color light in a particular direction at a light output region of the substrate. The light output regions of LED assemblies are arranged behind an LCD panel, along one or more edges, to illuminate the LCD panel. The LED assembly provides edge-lighting without requiring LED placement along the one or more edges.

    Abstract: Restoring a degraded tile of a degraded frame resulting from reconstruction is disclosed. A method includes, for a scaling factor of at least some scaling factors, recursively filtering the degraded tile using the scaling factor to generate a respective restored tile, and determining a respective error for the respective restored tile with respect to the source tile. The method also includes selecting an optimal scaling factor from the at least some scaling factors and encoding, in an encoded bitstream, a scaling parameter based on the optimal scaling factor. The optimal scaling factor corresponding to a smallest respective error. An apparatus includes a processor and non-transitory memory storing instructions. The instructions cause the processor to determine, from an encoded bitstream, a scaling factor, which determines how strongly edges in the degraded tile affect filtering operations, and recursively filter, resulting in a restored tile, the degraded tile using the scaling factor.
