Abstract: Encoding and decoding uses a multi-tree partitioning scheme comprising multiple categories (trees). Each category has a set of block split-type options such that each resultant sub-partition in each available block split-type option also belongs to one of the multiple categories. A category of the multi-tree recursive partitioning scheme is identified, and a block is partitioned using a split-type option belonging to the category of the multi-tree recursive partitioning scheme. The partitioning scheme is a recursive partitioning scheme, and the resulting sub-blocks may be encoded and subsequently decoded. Each category of the multi-tree recursive partitioning scheme may be defined by a unique, unordered pair (p, q) of block sizes p*2m×q*2n, p and q are odd, positive integers, and m and n are positive integers.

Abstract: Encoding and decoding a block using power-of-two sizes is described. At a decoder, a current block to be decoded is identified from an encoded bitstream. The current block was partitioned by an encoder using a recursive partitioning scheme. The recursive partitioning scheme includes only a no split split-type, binary split-types, and at least two quad split-types that each result in at least two partitions of different dimensions. One or more sub-blocks are decoded to reconstruct the current block. The recursive partitioning scheme may be one of multiple recursive partitioning schemes. The recursive partitioning scheme, the available split-types of a recursive partitioning scheme, or both, may be identified or limited by the block size.

Abstract: A vehicle traffic flow prediction method with missing data is disclosed. The method includes the steps of inputting the topological structure of the traffic flow to be predicted, selecting a certain road section in the road network as the road section to be predicted, and determining the adjacent road section data set of the road section to be predicted by the spatial-temporal relationship between the observable data and the missing data. According to the nearest neighbor algorithm, the missing data in the data set of the adjacent road sections are filled to get the filled data set, and then the traffic flow data of the road sections to be predicted at the prediction time is obtained. The method can be used for efficiently predicting the vehicle traffic flow of a certain road section in the case of missing traffic flow data in the complex urban road network.

Abstract: According to embodiments of the present disclosure, a solution for attack behavior detection is provided. A method includes: obtaining attack behavior data and non-attack behavior data, the attack behavior data being collected from at least one honeypot host, and the non-attack behavior data being collected from at least one user host; according to keywords in the non-attack behavior data and keywords in the attack behavior data, filtering keywords from the attack behavior data to generate at least one attack behavior detection rule, wherein each attack behavior detection rule comprises at least one keyword for characterizing an attack behavior; and performing attack behavior detection on a target user host based on the at least one attack behavior detection rule. In this way, it can achieve automated and efficient detection of unknown attack behaviors, and improve detection capability and accuracy of attack behaviors.

Abstract: A method for preparation of a magnetic liquid metal includes: 1) placing A parts by weight of a liquid metal in a container; 2) placing B parts by weight of a metal powder in the container; 3) adding an acidic solution into the container until the liquid metal and the metal powder are submerged; 4) stirring until the liquid metal and the metal powder are sufficiently mixed; and 5) adding water for cleaning the acidic solution, to obtain the magnetic liquid metal by removing the acidic solution. The viscosity and stiffness of the prepared magnetic liquid metal can quickly respond to the stimulus from an applied magnetic field, and a reversible change from liquid to semisolid or solid exists. With a change in magnetic field strengths, the Young's modulus can be regulated in a range from the level of kPa to the level of MPa.

Abstract: A switching power supply circuit includes a power transistor circuit, including a plurality of power transistors coupled in series between a power supply end and a ground, where a first electrode of a first power transistor in the plurality of power transistors is coupled to the power supply end by using a second power transistor in the plurality of power transistors, and a second electrode of the first power transistor is coupled to the ground by using a third power transistor in the plurality of power transistors; a drive circuit, configured to drive the second power transistor and the third power transistor; and a first transistor, where both a gate and a first electrode of the first transistor are coupled to a gate of the third power transistor, and a second electrode of the first transistor is coupled to the ground by using a first switch.

Abstract: Provided are techniques for a troubleshooting system. Selection of a trace is received. The trace is associated with raw log lines. A trace category of the trace is identified, where the trace category is associated with a common log lines template. Common log lines are generated by removing log lines from the raw log lines that do not appear in the common log lines template. One or more relevant trace categories and one or more relevant traces are identified. A problem is identified using the trace, the common log lines, the one or more relevant trace categories, and the one or more relevant traces. A solution for the problem is implemented.

Abstract: The present disclosure provides a method, apparatus, and electronic device for processing of video recommendations. The present disclosure enables: at least one of second users can recommend a video to a first user, and when recommending the video, the second user can add own recommendation comment on the video, and the first user sees the comment on the video from the at least one of second users on a playback interface of a first client, and can also conduct operations such as comment, like, etc. on the comment by the second user, and can further recommend the video to a third user.

The method provided in the disclosure includes: presenting an input panel and an information display area in an interactive interface of a content; presenting first description information in the information display area, the first description information indicating a first interaction of a first user to the content; switching, in response to receiving the first interaction, the information display area to present second description information, the second description information indicating a second interaction of a second user to the content; and based on first input information received via the input panel, sending a message corresponding to the first input information to the second user. Abstract: An exemplary system and method for a flexible XY-stage that spans a substantial portion of a subject torso to assist in guiding a needle template or needle insertion apparatus for needle-based intervention procedures in an MRI scanner. The flexible XY-stage is optimally configured to span the entire torso of the subject in providing both (i) a large bendable frame that can be positioned over the subject and (ii) a low height profile, to optimally fit within the bore of an MRI scanner. The needle template or needle insertion apparatus is movable within a large movable space defined by the flexible XY-stage and guided by cables connected at corners of the flexible XY-stage. The needle template or needle insertion apparatus has a plurality of mounting positions that allows a needle-based instrument to be mounted to the needle template or needle insertion apparatus and over a large degree of angle.

Abstract: The present invention relates to the use of Mucor racemosus and a metabolite thereof in the preparation of a drug for preventing and/or treating ulcerative colitis, which belongs to the technical field of biopharmaceuticals. Mucor racemosus CGMCC NO: 40320 and the metabolite 5mc (5-methylcytosine) thereof of the present disclosure can significantly mitigate problems of disease index, body weight loss and reduction in index of immune-related organs (e.g., spleen) in mice with ulcerative colitis disease, can alleviate the occurrence of inflammation in colon tissue, thereby improving the intestinal wall integrity of intestinal tissues, and thus can be used in the preparation of a drug for preventing and/or treating ulcerative colitis. The present disclosure expands the application fields of Mucor racemosus and provides guidance for clinical application of Mucor racemosus in the treatment of colitis.

Bendable metal members, hinges, or other flexible structures may be used in forming bendable structures for the earbuds. Electrical components may be covered by a layer of molded foam. A cover such as a fabric cover may be used to cover the molded foam. Spacer fabric or other soft material may be interposed between the fabric cover and the foam. The housing may be bent or otherwise adjusted between two or more states such as a normal, non-sleep, walking state in which the housing is expanded for normal operation while a user is sitting or walking and a sleep state in which the housing is bent to enhance comfort while sleeping. The wireless earbuds may have illumination systems, sensors, and other components.

Abstract: A method includes receiving a plurality of data sets, wherein the plurality of data sets includes a measured low-energy electrons that is less than or equal to 1.5 MeV, and wherein the plurality of data sets further includes data associated with solar wind. The method further includes receiving measured data associated with higher electron events of greater than or equal to 2 MeV. In response to a selection of at least two data sets from the plurality of data sets, and further in response to a selection of one or more machine learning (ML) algorithms from a plurality of ML algorithms, and further in response to a selection of a number of window size, a plurality of ML models is generated based on the selections as an input and the measured data associated with higher electron events of greater than or equal to 2 MeV as its output.

A method of the service impacted by the first tracer causing a performance issue is identified based on the comparison of the first profile corresponding to the first instance of the two instances of the service with the first tracer enabled and the second profile corresponding to the second instance of the two instances of the service with the second tracer disabled.

Abstract: Video coding using warped motion compensation is described. Extended rotations for the warped motion compensation can be explicitly signaled. For example, motion parameters for predicting the current block and a rotation angle can be decoded. A warping matrix is obtained using the motion parameters and the rotation angle, and a prediction block is obtained by projecting the current block to a quadrilateral in a reference frame. Also described is determining a prediction model of the current block and obtaining a prediction block by projecting the current block to a quadrilateral in a reference frame. Determining the prediction model can include determining whether to predict the current block using a motion vector, a local warping model, or a global motion model, obtaining motion parameters of the prediction model, decoding a rotation angle, and obtaining a warping matrix using the motion parameters and the rotation angle.
