Abstract: A cooling system performance early warning method based on dictionary learning is disclosed. A sensor and an oil pump frequency converter are arranged on a cooler of the cooling system to measure operation data of the cooling system. A PLC controller is installed on the cooler to collect the measured operation data and connected with a cloud server, and the cloud server first performs offline dictionary learning on the data, so as to establish a performance cads warning model for each group of coolers respectively. After the offline dictionary learning stage is completed, an online early warning stage is entered, and the established performance early warning model is used to carry out a real-time performance early warning of the cooling system. The early warning method can use the established performance early warning model to carry out real-time performance early warning, which has the advantages of real-time, realizability and strong pertinence.

Abstract: An object detection model generation method as well as an electronic device and a computer readable storage medium using the same are provided. The method includes: during the iterative training of the to-be-trained object detection model, the detection accuracy of the iteration nodes of the object detection model is sequentially determined according to the node order, and the mis-detected negative samples of the object detection model at the iteration nodes with the detection accuracy less than or equal to a preset threshold are enhanced. Then the object detection model is trained at the iteration node based on the enhanced negative samples and a first amount of preset training samples. After the training at the iteration nodes are completed, it returns to the step of sequentially determining the detection accuracy of the iteration nodes of the object detection model until the training of the object detection model is completed.

Abstract: The present disclosure provides a Q-leaming based model-free control method for an indoor thermal environment of an aged care building and belongs to the technical field of building environment control. According to the present disclosure, the monitored indoor temperatures of individual users and the heart rate and systolic pressure data of the aged are used as input data to a constructed Q-learning model, thus outputting a running control policy for a heating, ventilation and air conditioning system in the corresponding building. As a result, the control efficiency of the indoor temperature and the energy efficiency of the heating, ventilation and air conditioning system are improved. Compared with a traditional control model, the reinforced learning method based on the Q-leaming theory can realize more accurate prediction on the cardiovascular health risk of the aged and can create a dynamic indoor thermal environment more suitable for the physical health of the aged.
