Abstract: An electronic document security method receives a user request for viewing an electronic document from a client device. If the user request is approved, the electronic document is retrieved from a storage system. The electronic document is converted into an image format, and is output to the client computer.

Abstract: A computer-based method for sending messages is provided. The method comprises receiving one or more messages to be sent and predetermined parameters for sending the one or more messages, and saving the messages that have predetermined the sending time into a postponing table of a database. The method further comprises transferring the messages in the postponing table to a delivering table of the database in response to the determination that a current time reaches the sending time, and reading a message from the delivering table to send the message. Furthermore, the method comprises backing up the message into a backup table and deleting the message from the delivering table in response to the determination that the message has been sent successfully.

Abstract: A computer-based method for helping and verifying a signer to sign electronic orders is provides. The method includes the steps of: selecting a batch of electronic orders that need to be signed by a designated signer whose digital certificate has been recorded in advance; setting an identity for each of the selected electronic orders; signing the selected electronic orders electronically by using a digital certificate of a signer; verifying whether the signer is the designated signer of the selected electronic orders; and generating an electronic signature by using the digital certificate of the signer if the signer is verified as the designated signer, wherein the electronic signature is applied on each of the selected electronic orders according to the identities of the electronic orders. A related system is also disclosed.

Abstract: A system for recording timesheet entry data of employees is provided. The system includes at least one client computer and an application server. Each client computer includes a timesheet entry data inserting module used for receiving timesheet entry data input by an employee, attaching the timesheet entry data to the email, and sending the email with the timesheet entry attachment to a preset timesheet mailbox after the user sends out the email. The application server is used for accessing the preset timesheet mailbox periodically to obtain timesheet entry data of various employees, which are attached to different emails, and inserting the attached data to a database.
