    Abstract: A method for making MnBi2Te4 single crystal is provided. The method includes: providing a mixture of polycrystalline MnTe and polycrystalline Bi2Te3 in Molar ratio of 1.1:1˜1:1.1; heating the mixture in a vacuum reaction chamber to 700° C.˜900° C., cooling the mixture to 570° C.˜600° C. slowly with a speed less than or equal to 1° C./hour, and annealing the mixture at 570° C.˜600° C. for a time above 10 days to obtain an intermediate product; and air quenching the intermediate product from 570° C.˜600° C. to room temperature. The method for making MnBi2Te4 single crystal is simple and has low cost.

The polyesters of the present invention may in various embodiments demonstrate one or more desirable performance characteristics and accordingly are particularly useful in applications and utilities wherein those high levels of performance for such characteristics are required. A process for forming the semi-crystalline polyester is also disclosed.

    Abstract: A system and method for remotely locating a communication error support for hydraulic supports. The system includes a control panel, a support controller, a data converter, and two support drivers of the same type. Each support driver has two bus interfaces. The control panel transmits a control command to the data converter in a form of a WiFi signal. The data converter converts the WiFi signal into a message signal and transmits the message signal to the support controller. The support controller transmits the control command to the two support drivers, respectively. The support drivers transmit the command through CANH twisted pairs and CANL twisted pairs. Methods and circuitry for management of the self-refresh cycle may reduce jitter, luminance errors, and/or flickers that may be caused by untimely self-refresh cycles that may occur as a result of latency in the image buffer. In some implementations, the display panel may have a dedicated low latency input that notifies an arrival of an incoming image. In some implementations, the self-refresh cycles of the panel may be managed by a host or a buffer that is responsible for sending the images.

The scribing rubber cement of the tire tread is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 100 parts of natural rubber; 3.5 to 4.5 parts of zinc oxide; 1.5 to 2.5 parts of stearic acid; 15 to 25 parts of titanium white; 2.5 to 3.5 parts of insoluble sulfur; 0.9 to 1.1 parts of accelerant DM; 0.9 to 1.1 parts of rosin; and 15 to 25 parts of color masterbatch. The preparation method of the scribing rubber cement comprises the following steps: step 1) preparing rubber compound; and step 2) preparing the scribing rubber cement. The scribing rubber cement of the tire tread prepared by the present invention has high aesthetic degree and does not influence the product quality.
