    Abstract: The present invention discloses a method and a device for transmitting data. The method includes: sending, by a base station, a time-frequency resource on which a communication equipment sends any one preamble to the base station on a physical random access channel and corresponding relationship between a physical random access feedback channel and a physical random access channel to a user equipment on a downlink resource through system broadcast; sending, by the communication equipment, any one preamble to the base station on the time-frequency resource, receiving random access feedback information sent by the base station, performing synchronization with the base station through a TA carried in the random access feedback information, sending an RRC connection request message to the base station on the time-frequency resource biased with a preset time, receiving an RRC establishment message sent by the base station, and then establishing an RRC connection with the base station.

The winding frame comprises an insulating part wrapped around the core and a connecting part within the insulating part to fixedly connect to the support seat.     Abstract: Disclosed are constructions of WOM codes that combine rewriting and error correction for mitigating the reliability and the endurance problems typically experienced with flash memory. A rewriting model is considered that is of practical interest to flash memory applications where only the second write uses WOM codes. The disclosed WOM code construction is based on binary erasure quantization with LDGM codes, where the rewriting uses message passing and has potential to share the efficient hardware implementations with LDPC codes in practice. The coding scheme achieves the capacity of the rewriting model.

    Abstract: An electric motor has stator with a core of magnetic material, a winding frame covering the core and windings wound around the winding frame. The core has an annular yoke and a plurality of teeth that extend radially outwardly from the yoke. The winding frame is an overmolded structure and has an insulation part that covers the core, a supporting part disposed inward of the insulation part and a plurality of ribs that connect the insulation part and the supporting part. A reinforcing ring is embedded in the supporting part. The strength of the reinforcing ring is higher than the strength of the winding frame. Thus material utilization is improved and the weight of the stator is reduced while ensuring the strength of the supporting part.

Each of the teeth has a slit on a single circumferential side thereof such that one of the ends of the tip is outwardly tilted relative to the other of end at an original position and is bendable inwardly about the slit to a deformed position where a width of the slot opening is less than that of the slot opening at the original position.

    Abstract: A PMDC motor has a housing, a stator magnet disposed in an interior of the housing, and a rotor core disposed within the stator magnet. A ratio of an outer diameter of the rotor core to the outer diameter of the housing is from 0.60 to 0.67. The noise of the motor during operation is reduced by increasing the thickness of the stator magnet, reducing the outer diameter of the rotor core, reducing the air gap between the magnet and the rotor core and reducing the rotational inertia of the rotor core. The motor is particularly suited for use in vehicle HVAC systems where low noise is an important requirement.

    Abstract: The reliability of NAND flash memory decreases rapidly as density increases, preventing the wide adoptions of flash-based storage systems. A novel data representation scheme named rank modulation (RM) is discussed for improving NAND flash reliability. RM encodes data using the relative orders of memory cell voltages, which is inherently resilient to asymmetric errors. For studying the effectiveness of RM in flash, RM is adapted to make it simple to implement with existing flash memories. The implementation is evaluated under different types of noise of 20 nm flash memory. Results show that RM offers significantly lower cell error rates compared to the current data representation in flash at typical P/E cycles. RM is applied to flash-based archival storage and shows that RM brings up to six times longer data retention time for 16 nm flash memory.

While there may be clock skew from bit-to-bit within the same clock tree, corresponding bits on the different die experience the same clock insertion delays.
