The negative feedback circuit includes a first voltage generator and a second voltage generator. The first voltage generator, coupled to the amplifier circuit, is biased by the bias voltage and configured to amplify a third voltage input to generate the first voltage input.     Abstract: The present application discloses a radio frequency (RF) device. The radio frequency device includes a power amplifier, a power detector, and a digital signal processor (DSP). The power amplifier outputs a RF signal. The power detector receives the RF signal, and performs a plurality of calibration operations to generate a plurality of calibration voltages corresponding to a plurality of bias voltage, wherein the calibration operations are performed at the bias voltages respectively, and the calibration voltages are temperature-correlated due to that electrical characteristics of the power detector are temperature-correlated. The DSP controls the power detector to operate at the bias voltages, obtains an index voltage for indicating power of the RF signal by performing calculations upon the calibration voltages to reduce temperature dependency of the index voltage, and adjusts a gain of the power amplifier according to the index voltage.

    Abstract: An analysis system implements a particulate classification model trained as a convolutional neural network to assess sterile formulation quality. The system obtains micro flow imaging (MFI) data for a sterile formulation drug product, wherein the MFI data includes an image depicting a plurality of sub-visible particulates in the sterile formulation drug product. The system detects a plurality of features in the image, wherein each feature is bounded by a bounding box. The system performs preprocessing to determine and remove one or more of features to be artifacts based on characteristics of the features, wherein the remaining features are determined to be sub-visible particulates. The system applies a particulate classification model to each sub-visible particulate to determine a particulate classification label. The system determines a quality metric for the sterile formulation drug product based on a count of sub-visible particulates in each particulate classification label.

    Abstract: The present invention provides a use of an inorganic salt or acid capable of producing free phosphate or fluoride ion in reducing the hardness and/or alkalinity of a water system containing residual antiscalant. In the lab test, it is found that the addition of a suitable amount of sodium phosphate or sodium fluoride may induce alkalinity reduction as well as hardness reduction. The production efficiency can be enhanced since the scaling was relieved and heat exchange efficiency can be improved. Meanwhile, lower scaling stress also means lower antiscalant dosage and cost, and thus the total operation cost can be reduced.
