    Abstract: Provided are a fault diagnosis apparatus and method based on fluorescence multivariate correction analysis of transformer oil, relating to the field of transformer fault diagnosis technology. Thus, the problem of large volume and weight of the apparatus, high costs, and inconvenience to use caused when in the related art, a fluorescence spectrometer is directly used to acquire the fluorescence spectrum of transformer oil is solved. The monochromatic excitation light of an optimal excitation wavelength generated by a fluorescence excitation source is used to excite the transformer oil in a fluorescence excitation detection apparatus to generate fluorescence. The fluorescence excitation detection apparatus generates the fluorescence according to the input monochromatic excitation light and inputs the fluorescence to a fluorescence signal acquisition and analysis apparatus.

    Abstract: The present invention relates to the field of biotechnology, in particular to a DNA polymerase mutant and the use thereof. Compared with a wild type, the mutant provided in the present invention has a significantly improved DNA polymerization activity, significantly improved affinity to DNA and amplification uniformity; and has good effects in the amplification of multiplex PCR, high-GC templates and complex templates. A hot-start-version DNA polymerase is further prepared by means of using antibodies or chemical modifications, wherein the yield of the DNA polymerase is significantly improved, while the primer dimer is significantly decreased.     Abstract: An amine-bromine two electron electrolyte of flow battery and the use thereof, and a flow battery are provided. In the electrolyte, an amino compound with an electron-withdrawing group at the ortho-position of an amino group is used to react with bromine charged to a positive valence so as to form an amine-bromine compound, such that positive-valence bromine is stabilized, and a reversible two-electron transfer reaction from bromine ions to amino compounds is achieved. The amine compounds have different solubilities and produce different voltages depending on their substituent groups, and thus have extensive adjustability and applicability for use in acidic, neutral, and weak alkaline flow battery systems. Flow batteries assembled with the electrolyte prepared using this reaction has the advantages of low cost and high energy density, and can achieve a longer cycle life and higher battery efficiency.

The polishing pad comprises a polishing surface in contact with the silicon wafer. The polishing surface is provided with at least one groove. When polishing the silicon wafer, the edge of the silicon wafer is at least partially suspended above the groove. The polishing pad, polishing apparatus and silicon wafer polishing method according to the present invention can reduce the polishing rate at the edge of the silicon wafer while keeping the polishing rate of the entire wafer basically unchanged, thereby improving the flatness of the edge thickness of the silicon wafer as well as improving the production yield.

According to the present application, the hanging treatment can remove the slurry, the polishing particles and byproducts from the wafer surface, therefore, it prevents from the adverse effects caused by the polishing particles and byproducts on the wafer in the following process.

The preparation method includes: pulverizing Ziziphi Spinosae Semen; hydrolyzing the powder with an acidic hydrolysis solution; neutralizing the hydrolysate; extracting the supernatant with ethyl acetate several times to produce a crude extract; and separating the crude extract sequentially using macroporous resin and HPLC to produce the spinosin-Na monomer of Ziziphi Spinosae Semen with a good water solubility and a purity greater than 98%. The spinosin-Na monomer prepared herein is capable of significantly inhibiting the proliferation of tumor cells, so that it can be applied in the preparation of a functional food and/or medicine for preventing and/or treating tumors.
