  • Publication number: 20230049404
Abstract: A gripping device includes a housing has an annular flange and a plurality of positioning recesses provided at the annular flange, a rear handle assembled with the annular flange of the housing, a push button pivoted to the rear handle and partially exposed to the outsides, a positioning block disposed in the rear handle, and a link rod having two ends pivoted to the push button and the positioning block, respectively. When the push button is unlocked, the positioning block is driven by the link rod to be disengaged from the positioning recesses, such that the rear handle is rotatable to adjust angle. When the push button is locked, the positioning block is engaged with one of the positioning recesses under the force of an elastic member for positioning the rear handle. Therefore, a user can operate the gripping device at an ergonomic angle.

  • Publication number: 20230049058
Abstract: An overload protection mechanism for use with an electrically hedge trimmer includes a transmission ring gear, a roller disposed in the transmission ring gear, a transmission shaft disposed in the transmission ring gear and eccentrically connected with two rocker arms, and a clutch member movably sleeved on the transmission shaft. When excessive resistance is applied to the rocker arms, the clutch member is pushed by the roller to compress an elastic member. This allows the transmission ring gear to be idled. When the resistance applied to the rocker arms is smaller than the rebound force provided by the elastic member, the clutch member is engaged with the roller, such that the transmission ring gear drives the transmission shaft to rotate through the clutch member. Thus, the overload protection mechanism of the present invention carries out overload protection to the motor for extending the life of the motor.

  • Publication number: 20220347886
Abstract: A worktable for tile cutter with water drainage assembly includes a movable platform and a pivotable guiding member. The movable platform has a drainage channel defined therein. The guiding member has a diversion channel defined therein and communicated with the drainage channel. The guiding member has a first diversion opening and a second diversion opening respectively located on two ends thereof. When the movable platform is in a first position, the first diversion opening is inclined downwards such that the diversion channel guides the water from the drainage channel through the first diversion opening to a water collection tank located under the movable platform. When the movable platform is in a second position, the second diversion opening is inclined downwards such that the diversion channel guides the water from the drainage channel to the water collection tank. Therefore, the draining worktable can provide a good drainage effect.

  • Publication number: 20220347885
Abstract: A water collection assembly for a saw blade of tile saw includes, a collecting tray and a wiper blade. The collecting tray includes a collecting tank. The wiper blade is disposed on the collecting tray and is located in the collecting tank. The wiper blade has a notch defined therein which accommodates a part of the saw blade without interfering with the saw blade. Therefore, during the cutting process of the saw blade, the excess water driven by the high-speed rotating saw blade will be scraped off by the wiper blade, and the water will be guided by the wiper blade to the collecting tank. Accordingly, water splashing can be reduced during cutting process.

  • Publication number: 20220193847
Abstract: A foldable miter saw with safety device includes a base unit, and a cutting unit including a rotating member, a blade, a handle, a driving unit, and a safety assembly that includes a safety switch and a safety member with a retaining section. When the safety switch is not operated, the driving unit cannot drive the blade to rotate. During the period when the rotating member drives the blade from a working position to a folded position, the safety member can fall downward under the action of gravity and move to an engaged position, the retaining section is relatively close to the safety switch so that the safety switch cannot be operated, which can also prevent the driving unit from driving the blade to rotate and can avoid accidentally triggering the blade to rotate during transportation after folding.

  • Publication number: 20220193801
Abstract: A foldable miter saw with safety device includes a base unit having a working surface and an axial holder, and a cutting unit including a rotating member, a blade, a driving unit and a safety assembly that has a safety switch and a safety member. When the safety switch is not operated, the driving unit cannot drive the blade to rotate. During the period when the rotating member rotates to drive the blade from a working position to a folded position, a free end of the safety member can be rotated downward under the action of gravity, so that the safety member can rotate to an anti-touch position where the free end is relatively close to the safety switch so that the safety switch cannot be operated, and the driving unit cannot drive the blade to rotate, which can avoid accidentally touching the blade to rotate.
