    Abstract: The present invention relates to a base station for a cleaning robot to park in, where the cleaning robot includes a wiping board, and a flexible wiping member replaceably butts the wiping board to form a wiping surface to wipe a working surface on which the cleaning robot walks, where the base station includes: a storage module, configured to store a continuous wiping base material; and a feeding module, configured to drive a free end of the wiping base material to be conveyed to a cutting position, to cause the free end to be cut from the wiping base material to form the wiping member. The present invention has the following beneficial effects: After returning to the base station, the cleaning robot may automatically mount a wiping member without intervention by a user.

    Abstract: The present invention relates to the field of biotechnology, in particular to a DNA polymerase mutant and the use thereof. Compared with a wild type, the mutant provided in the present invention has a significantly improved DNA polymerization activity, significantly improved affinity to DNA and amplification uniformity; and has good effects in the amplification of multiplex PCR, high-GC templates and complex templates. A hot-start-version DNA polymerase is further prepared by means of using antibodies or chemical modifications, wherein the yield of the DNA polymerase is significantly improved, while the primer dimer is significantly decreased. The prepared mutant hot-start DNA polymerase can be applied to PCR amplification of multiplex PCR, high-GC templates and complex templates.

    Abstract: A control circuit and method for an isolated switching-mode converter are disclosed. The control circuit includes a primary-side controller and a secondary-side controller. The primary-side controller can enter a sleep mode in response to a first request signal, and the primary-side controller can turn on or off a first switch in the primary-side circuit in a predefined manner to cause a secondary-side winding in a transformer to generate a predefined first output signal. The secondary-side controller can detect the first output signal and responsively enter the sleep mode. In this way, both the primary-side and secondary-side controllers can enter the sleep mode, thus significantly reducing standby power dissipation of the system.

    Abstract: The present invention provides a switched-mode power converter. A control circuit in the switched-mode power converter includes first and second control chips and a magnetic coupling chip coupled to both the former two. The magnetic coupling chip provides a galvanically isolated communication link between the first control chip and the second control chip. With the aid of the second control chip and the magnetic coupling chip, the control circuit can provide a feedback signal to the first control chip and thereby act on turn-on and turn-off of a switching device in the switching circuit. In this way, desirable output and isolation performance can be achieved. Since the first control chip, the second control chip and the magnetic coupling chip can be integrated at a high degree of integration, the switched-mode power converter can have a high degree of integration, reduced size and lower cost.
