Abstract: A cover plate of a cylindrical battery and the cylindrical battery are provided by the present application. The cover plate of the cylindrical battery includes a pole column. A bottom of the pole column is connected with a current collecting plate. The pole column is sleeved with a sealing ring. A first insulating element and a cover slip are sequentially sleeved on an outside of the sealing ring along a vertical direction. The first insulating element insulates the current collecting plate from the cover slip.

Abstract: Provided is a cylindrical lithium-ion battery including a negative cap and a cylindrical case. A jellyroll and a negative current collector are arranged inside the case. A sidewall of an end of the case is provided with an annular inwardly-concaved groove arranged circumferentially around a central axis of the case, and forms an annular protrusion at the inside of the case. The negative current collector is connected to a negative electrode of the j ellyroll. A portion, located below the annular inwardly-concaved groove, of the case is bent to form an annular engaging groove, an opening of the annular engaging groove faces the interior of the case, the periphery of the negative cap is arranged in the annular engaging groove, and a bottom surface of the negative cap and the annular engaging groove are connected in a sealed manner by laser welding.

Abstract: Provided is a battery including a case and a cap plate. The case is a cylindrical groove structure, a top end face, facing towards the case, of the cap plate is provided with an annular protrusion, the annular protrusion has a central axis coinciding with the central axis of the cap plate, an edge of the top end face of the cap plate is provided with a first welding platform face, the first welding platform face is arranged circumferentially around the annular protrusion, and an outer sidewall of the annular protrusion and the first welding platform face constitute a stepped face. The annular protrusion enters the interior of the case via an annular bottom end face of the case, and the annular bottom end face of the case is in contact with the first welding platform face and connected to the first welding platform face by laser welding.

The sealing pin is configured to seal the liquid injection hole, and has a thinning region configured for an explosion-proof function.
