A bottom of the pole column is connected with a current collecting plate. The pole column is sleeved with a sealing ring. A first insulating element and a cover slip are sequentially sleeved on an outside of the sealing ring along a vertical direction. The first insulating element insulates the current collecting plate from the cover slip.
