The photovoltaic cell group includes plural serially-connected photovoltaic cells. The junction box includes a casing, a first power output terminal, a second power output terminal, and at least one localized maximum power point tracking unit. The casing has a receiving space. The localized maximum power point tracking unit is disposed within the receiving space of the casing. An input side of the localized maximum power point tracking unit is electrically connected with the at least one photovoltaic cell group of the solar panel. An output side of the localized maximum power point tracking unit is electrically connected with the first power output terminal and the second power output terminal.
