Patent number: 8944784Abstract: A motor device includes a main body, an assembling body, a stator and a rotor. The main body includes a first bearing hole and a plurality of first connectors, and all distances between each of the first connectors and an axle of the first bearing hole are the same. The assembling body has a second bearing hole. The stator includes a passage and a plurality of second connectors, the second connectors are coupled to the first connectors respectively to have the stator assembled in the main body, and the passage and the first bearing hole are coaxial. The rotor is disposed inside the passage and two ends of the rotor are installed in the first bearing hole and the second bearing hole respectively. By having both the stator and the rotor positioned by the main body, a gap between the rotor and the stator can be maintained consistently.Type: GrantFiled: January 18, 2012Date of Patent: February 3, 2015Assignee: Industrial Technology Research InstituteInventors: Kun-Yi Liang, Shu-Er Huang, Yang-Guang Liu, Yueh-Ju Tang, Chi-Hsing Chen

Patent number: 8444403Abstract: A self-sealing mechanism for a scroll compressor is disposed inside a frame of the scroll compressor at a position between a back-pressure chamber and a fixed scroll, including an accommodating space; a groove communicating the space with the chamber; a one-way valve disposed at one end of the space adjacent to the groove to maintain communication between the space and the groove in a normally closed state; and a suction port penetrating from the space to an entrance of the fixed scroll. When the pressure of the chamber is increased in an instant, the valve is opened in real time for allowing the lubricating oil inside the chamber to flow into the space, thereby regulating the pressure of the chamber. Moreover, the lubricating oil in the space can be sucked under the suction force from the fixed scroll and fill in positions between the fixed scroll and an orbiting scroll.Type: GrantFiled: June 8, 2010Date of Patent: May 21, 2013Assignee: Industrial Technology Research InstituteInventor: Yueh-Ju Tang

Publication number: 20110150690Abstract: An oil supply structure for a refrigerant compressor is connected to a main shaft of the refrigerant compressor. The oil supply structure has a concave recessed from a periphery to a center, an oil hole penetrating the center of the concave and in communication with an oil supply passage of the main shaft, and at least one blade protruding from the concave and extending from the periphery towards the oil-hole. A rotation direction of the blade is opposite to a rotation direction of the main shaft. Through a simple structure in a form of an impeller, the oil supply structure can generate the function of a centrifugal pump by the concave and the blade during rotation, so as to change the supply of a lubricating oil according to changes in the rotation rate.Type: ApplicationFiled: April 20, 2010Publication date: June 23, 2011Applicant: INDUSTRIAL TECHNOLOGY RESEARCH INSTITUTEInventors: Yueh-Ju Tang, Shu-Er Huang, Yu-Choung Chang

Patent number: 7736135Abstract: A scroll compressor including a block, a fixed scroll, an orbiting scroll, a crankshaft, an Oldham ring and an oil passage is provided, wherein the fixed scroll is fixed on the block, and the orbiting scroll, the crankshaft and the Oldham ring are disposed on the block. The fixed scroll and the orbiting scroll form a gas-in area, a compressing area and a gas-out area which are connected in a series. The orbiting scroll is eccentric connected with the crankshaft to orbit over the fixed scroll and drive the Oldham ring moving. A reciprocating motion area on the block is formed via the reciprocating motion between the block and the Oldham ring, wherein the block has an oil opening in the reciprocating motion area. Besides, one terminal of the oil passage is connected to the oil opening, and another terminal of the oil passage is connected to the gas-in area and the compressing area.Type: GrantFiled: May 22, 2008Date of Patent: June 15, 2010Assignee: Industrial Technology Research InstituteInventors: Kun-Yi Liang, Shu-Er Huang, Chun-Chung Yang, Yueh-Ju Tang, Yu-Choung Chang, Yang-Kuang Liu
