    Abstract: A portable electronic device includes a housing, a heat-dissipation component, a bracket, a door structure, a driving mechanism, and a driven linkage. The housing includes a heat-dissipation opening disposed in the housing. The bracket is disposed in the housing and surrounds the heat-dissipation component. The door structure is configured to move between a closed position covering the heat-dissipation opening and an open position exposing the heat-dissipation opening. The driving mechanism is coupled between the bracket and the door structure to drive the door structure to rotate and move. The driven linkage is coupled between the bracket and the door structure. When the door structure is driven to rotate and move, the door structure drives the driven linkage to rotate and move, so that the driven linkage and the driving mechanism jointly drive the door structure to move between the closed position and the open position.

    Abstract: The present disclosure is directed to methods and devices for devices including multiple die. A wafer is received having a plurality of die and a plurality of scribe lines. A dicing process is performed on the wafer. The dicing process includes identifying a first scribe line of the plurality of scribe lines, the first scribe line interposing a first die and a second die of the plurality of die; and performing a partial cut on the first scribe line. In embodiments, other scribe lines of the wafer are, during the dicing process, fully cut. After the dicing, the first die and the second die are mounted on a substrate such as an interposer. The first die and the second die are connected by a portion of the first scribe line, e.g., remaining from the partial cut, during the mounting.

    Abstract: A semiconductor device assembly includes a semiconductor die, a substrate, and a spacer directly coupled to the substrate. The spacer includes a flexible main body and a support structure embedded in the flexible main body, wherein the support structure has a higher stiffness than the flexible main body. The spacer carries the semiconductor die. The flexible main body of the spacer mitigates the effects of thermomechanical stress, for example caused by a mismatch between the coefficient of thermal expansion of the semiconductor die and the substrate. The embedded support structure provides strength needed to support the semiconductor die during assembly.

The torque sensor comprises a transmission shaft connected to the motor shaft by the shaft, a torque sensing component and at least one planetary gear set. The planetary gear set has a torque output component. The transmission shaft transmits the speed reduced rotational force through the torque output component to drive the output shaft to output a target torque which can be adjusted by the adjuster. The torque sensing component senses the operating torque between the transmission shaft and the torque output component of the torque sensor, thereby assembling to improve the problem that the conventional electric screwdriver can only adjust but cannot accurately sense the operating torque.

The input shaft drives the sun gear which meshes with planetary gears, and the planetary gears mesh with the ring gear of the planetary gear set to rotate along the circumference of the central axis. The ring gear is connected with a plurality of strip-like beams. At least one strain gauge is attached to the beams. One ending portion of the beam is fixed and the other ending portion is used for bearing a tangential force applied on the ring gear to generate a deformation at a rotation direction of a circumference. A strain gauge which senses the strain of the deformation used as a torque sensing value between the input shaft and the output shaft, thereby improving the poor sensing accuracy and sensitivity of the conventional torque sensors and solving the problem that the radial volume cannot be effectively reduced.
