The method comprises: the electronic device receives a save-as instruction for target custom show information generated in a first presentation file, wherein the target custom show information includes slides selected from the first presentation file and a show sequence of the selected slides; acquires, based on the save-as instruction, property information of a second presentation file; extracts, based on the property information and following the show sequence of the slides of the target custom show information, the slide data corresponding to the slides selected from the first presentation file, and stores them in the second presentation file.

By applying the method of the embodiments of the present application, work efficiency can be improved.

The method comprises: opening a to-be-edited document, acquiring a picture acquisition instruction of a user, acquiring a picture containing a required word, recognizing the required word in the picture in first document editing software, and moving the required word into a to-be-edited document. By using the method provided by the embodiment of the present application, work efficiency can be improved.
