  • Patent number: 12644711
Abstract: The present disclosure provides methods and systems for tracking a shipping vessel travel route through a retail enterprise during a stock cycle. Location information associated with assets can be collected at a retail location, from which a detailed route through the retail location may be recreated and overlaid on map data reflecting a retail location layout. Further analysis may be performed on the route. Additionally, the route may be overlaid on a map, including product information and packaging information, allowing for various metrics and metric visualizations to be generated that can be further analyzed to achieve various objectives.

  • Publication number: 20250315743
Abstract: Disclosed is technology for determining a wait time of objects in a designated area of a physical space. A system can include: cameras positioned proximate the designated area to capture image data of the designated area, location signaling devices to capture wireless signals indicating locations of the objects, the locations being provided as location data, and a computer system. The computer system can: receive the image data and the location data, translate the receive image data into a predetermined coordinate plane, retrieve one or more artificial intelligence (AI) models from a data store, identify the objects within the designated area based on applying the AI models to at least the translated image data, correlate the identified objects with the received location data, and determine wait time information of the identified objects in the designated area based on applying the AI models to at least the correlated data.

  • Publication number: 20250290045
Abstract: Methods and compositions for modulating hydrogel gelation and mechanics for 3D cell culture are provided. Hydrogels have a variety of benefits for cell and tissue culture, including without limitation homogeneous distribution of materials and cells at the initiation of the 3D cell culture, disruption of network formation and disassociation of the 3D cell culture for cell retrieval, etc. The method for modulating the stiffness of a hydrogel solution comprises contacting a hydrogel solution with an effective amount of a competitor agent sufficient to modulate the stiffness of the hydrogel solution. In some embodiments, the methods further comprise contacting the hydrogel solution with a catalyst agent wherein the catalyst agent increases the forward and reverse reaction rate of reversible covalent bond formation that occurs in the hydrogel solution.
